Never came. Ordered as a Christmas present on 3rd December. Due to be delivered before 13th. Wrote to follow up on 14th and was told it would be sent next day delivery that weekend and here before Christmas: Obviously hadn’t even been dispatched as my order was cancelled on 24th without me asking for it to be or being told it was. I did get a refund hence the 2 stars. But still not good service.

Bag not received ordered on 6 December very slow replying to emails and said due to stock issues and Royal Mail it’s delayed it but assuming I have received it now, which I haven’t.
Requested refund but no reply yet.

Ordering my bracelet from Sparkletots was easy and there was a good choice of colours and designs. My order arrived on time and was well packaged. The bracelet was exactly as was shown on the website and of very good quality. I was pleased with my purchase and so was my Grandaughter

The 2 shirts were a gift we were all very happy with the items we received. The shipping tracking number wasnt accurate. We received it in the USA quicker than the tracking number website listed it on their site. We were very pleased with the quality of the shirts as well as the turn around time to receive it. Thank you!

I really liked this outfit on my little one year old. I think the only thing was that when the tutu was on her, you couldn't see the number that she was turning. Other than that, the fit was a little tight so if you are in-between sizes, size up.

Received the party dress in two days, love it!! Team was responsive to my queries too.

Good quality T-shirts but I did have to email them to chase up my order and also one of the T-shirts I’d ordered arrived with the wrong colour writing on, I did email them to let them know and that I was willing to keep it as I didn’t want to risk ordering another one & it possibly not arriving in time. They did reply but there was no proper apology for the error or any offer of any future discount as compensation.
