We bought an Mitsubishi Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Sparshatts Group of Havant in Feb 2024. Jim was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.
Jim made sure the car was charged and cleaned before we got there to test drive and pick it up.
The handover was easy and quick and few months in there are no complaints whatsoever. The car is just as described and we are very happy with it.

Greg and the team were very responsive, and collectively we didn’t waste any time when discussing PX, which was appreciated.
The car was as described, a couple of weeks in, I have no complaints. Easy to discuss the extra warranty, which fit my particular needs.
Greg was unfortunately taken ill as handover, but Zane picked it up and ensured a smooth handover, which was appreciated.

Successful car purchase
Having paid a small deposit to reserve a car, we visited the showroom the following day and everything was ready for us. After a test drive we bought the car, a four year old Škoda Octavia which was in superb condition. Our sales assistant Andy was helpful and polite throughout. Warranty etc clearly explained. Many thanks indeed.

We ordered a car through a third party and were directed to Sparshatts in Southampton, great choice and good communication throughout.
