Good value reconditioned technology

I have bought a Lenovo ThinkPad T410 and a Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro XE700T1C, both of which have been in good condition and great value.

This company are actually pretty great! Honest, reliable and good products, used them a few times - only issue is they use DHL as a delivery company who failed to deliver the product when agreed hence loosing me the contract of supplying and setting up the machine for one of my clients.

I was looking for a Dell OptiPlex 3010. They came up with the best price. I have to be honest was a bit apprehensive given the PC was listed as used in new condition (that never has done good for me) and it had to travel to another continent. Called them and they were very nice and helpful readily sent me the picture of the desktop. The delivery arrived in less than 24 hours (14 hours to be exact!) and the desktop looked exactly like new packaged in a safe outer box and worked like magic and has not had a single issue in the last 7 weeks of use. The company is very professional and I will 100% be using them again for all my future purchases

The item received was damaged on arrival. The shop refused to refund or send a replacement without receiving the damaged item back, which was delayed for over a week. Four days after the damaged item was picked up there is still no communication and no refund. Extremely poor service, will never use them again.

I have sourced many items through Spartan Outlet and have always been satisfied with the quality of goods, the service and the fast delivery.

As of now i have had a few things off Spartan and been happy but when i received a second user laptop the battery was unless on contact with the company told me it was a new battery it was not and when o email back no help what so ever

Ordered refurbished base unit. came quickly, well packaged. Free wifi dongle included. worked straight out the box with clean w10 installed, just needed to run updates. Anti virus also installed. cant fault it. recommended.

I used the roam headphones to tryout bluetooth, which I have never used before, and i am not impressed, they work, and thats where the good stuff ends, first, there is the faff of connecting them, they also cut the sound from the tv completely, second, there is a constant sound of a heavy downpour of rain from the right speaker, which is most audible during quiet passages. the five stars i have given relate to the company, not the product. these headphones are a definite don`t buy.
