Excellent customer service

I purchased a Longreach pruner last December but did not need to use until this autumn for pruning my trees.
When opening the package I found there was a small wingnut missing to secure the sawblade to the top of the pruner.
I called Spear and Jackson customer services and so they were so helpful
No pressing 123 to get through.
I’ve got straight through to customer services who said it was not a problem even though the item is nine months old they would pop one in the post which I received within three days.
Excellent!
