I ordered both Scarlet Spider and Spider-Gwen zipped hoodies at the same time. Curiously the Scarlet Spider one shipped from the UK whilst the Spider-Gwen one came from China. A bit odd, but nothing worth complaining about.
When the Scarlet Spider hoody arrived it had some strange brown stains on the inside. Again, a little odd but nothing worth raising a fuss about.
Then two weeks after owning the hoody and about THREE days’ worth of wearing it there’s problems. The armpit and back where my ruck sack simply touches the material has already begun to wear and fray, leaving rather unsightly white patches. I raised this with customer service since I was obviously concerned, and was simply told that “because they can’t verify the damage nothing could be done”. I’ve barely had the hoody for any time at all, what do they think I’ve been doing with it? It’s the kind of wear you’d expect after months of wearing at the minimum, not days.
The choice is good and the prints look great, but these hoodies are made of cheap tracksuit material that clearly can’t handle very much. It’s sad because I’ve been looking for a hoody with this design for ages, but now I wish I’d continued looking elsewhere.

I've sent two emails chasing the product I purchased with no response. The last email I received from them was to say my order was on it's way.
I never received my order and have requested a refund. I've had no response.
06/05/19 Apologies, my search missed the 25/4 response but the tracker did not say next day and the date I had use for the product has passed so I'd like a refund. It has taken weeks to get to this point and I am without the product which I don't need anymore. Scott seems to ignore the delay in delivery and this is totally unsatisfactory. It must be understood that timely delivery is essential.
10/5/19 Received the Captain Marvel jacket which turns out to be really cheaply made. It's worse than a tracksuit jacket. Not worth £2 and nothing like the picture.
Definitely the worst product I have bought on the internet. Its so cheaply made with cheap material that it would be embarrassing to wear. I won't be caught wearing it.
Will definitely avoid buying from unknown vendors.

I ordered my item in anticipation of the new avengers endgame film and when i queried about shipping times on facebook i received a timely response and assurance it would arrive in plenty of time, which it did.
i wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future and recommend to any other fans of geek apparel!

I bought the new Avengers: Endgame quantum realm zipped hoody and I was a little skeptical on how it would look and fit, as I have purchased clothing items from China before that have been very poor quality... but the quality, look, feel and fit of this item is absolutely superb. And I will recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Ordered a medium batman hoodie, came within the expected timeframe, and the whole time i was able to track the shipping. When i received it, it turned out the medium was too small for me. With no hassle, scott kindly told me to return it, and a large would be sent out. I offered to pay for the shipping to cover the new one being sent, and was told they would take care of it. Brilliant customer service, and just a great selection of clothing and other items. Would highly recommend using this store to anyone.

Order was delivered very fast considering it came from China and was sent by a trackable service which was an added bonus. Considering it’s a small company there are not many reviews to go off but I am happy with my experience and recommend it. Very good communication from the seller letting me know about the progress as well. Will order again.

Good communication, I had chose the wrong size and needed to correct and they changed it for me. The spiderverse hoodie I brought was good quality and fit well. Long delivery time because I had ordered during Chinese New Year so it was closed.

First item got lost when order placed on 9th Feb, second item got lost.
Had to contact multiple times to get correct tracking details, then when I finally got them (6th March), shipping status didn't change (23rd March).
Told them I was going to open a PayPal claim as got fed up of waiting on something that wasn't going to arrive.

This should have been followed up to ensure I received it, the item status only changed yesterday morning (24th March) which is nearly 2 months after I originally placed the order and is way outside the delivery time your website states:
"Delivery is within 7 - 10 days of the order being processed & dispatched, tracking numbers are also provided."

There was an issue with one item that was quickly and efficiently dealt with by customer services, who i found to be more than helpful. I will certainly be shopping with them again in the future!

I really 'want' to give a better review but my first experience has put me £25 out of pocket, left with an item which is NOT AS DESCRIBED & having been charged for shipping DESPITE the front page of their website and App declaring 'FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE'.
I ordered a 'Star Trek II - The Wrath Of Khan' 3D printed hoodie as a gift. Not actually knowing what to expect, you can imagine how disappointed I was when a 'Star Trek - The Motion Picture' hoodie turned up. They are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT uniform patterns and at opposite ends of the colour spectrum - One is Grey and White, the other is Blood-Red. No similarity whatsoever other than the Starfleet logo (which it seems again is 'similar but not the same').
I approached Special Edition who confirmed that the item was not 'as described' but that the picture was an indication of what you were getting (i.e. completely the wrong garment). Of course, if you don't know what a Star Trek Wrath Of Khan uniform looks like, you're kinda in schtuck!
They offered to replace or refund the cost of the item, which was for a birthday present for my very disappointed nephew; provided I shipped it back; it took 3 weeks to reach here!
I did not think this worthwhile as it would have required yet another 3+3 weeks for the item to be replaced and cost me a total of £8.97 (3 x £2.99) in shipping for a £26.99 item.
Alternatively they offered me a 20% refund as a 'gesture of goodwill.' I begrudgingly accepted this making it clear I was not happy.
I am now left with a £26.99 (plus £2.99 shipping) sweatshirt that I didn't want - with £5.40 (20% of the item cost (not shipping)) refunded to my card as a gesture of goodwill.
Overall a poor experience when the seller can't even get the description right.
So:
1. Beware that the description is actually correct and matches the picture;
2. Do not pay shipping as it is by their own account 'Free Worldwide';
3. Do not believe the size-chart; The Large IS Large even for Europeans.
I would re-iterate to Special Edition - notwithstanding any minor mistakes in my review;
1. The item was NOT AS DESCRIBED in the text - Yes it was a hoodie - but NOT the hoodie described, which is unforgivable.
2. To charge a customer shipping when the mistake is Special Edition's is also unforgivable and NOT in the spirit of 'Goodwill'.
3. Yes I read the terms and conditions - which fortunately for you, were correct (unlike the description of the goods) - but I was not needing to return the item due to miss-sizing or not liking it; IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED and therefore Special Edition should have offered to pay return-shipping, replace the item free of charge and offer me a credit for THEIR MISTAKE which disappointed both me and the person for whom the gift was intended. Alternatively, realising they were responsible for the mistake, THEY should have either offered a full-refund (without requiring return) or a 100% credit-note (without requiring return). A total of £9 shipping and 7-9 weeks to get the right item with a sale value of £26.99 is nonsensical, noting that the cost to produce was most likely less than a 3rd of that and that 'right-offs' are part of business which can be claimed against tax on profit.
Instead they have an increasingly disgruntled customer, with an item of no-use which has still cost him £25 including shipping.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Special Edition again as clearly it is the customer's fault when THEY make a mistake and as such, the customer must be inconvenienced.
