SSS handle the importation and legalisation of my Jaguar XJS back in 2014. Recently one of the LED side repeater indicators blew. Chris responded with a company able to supply a replacement unit identical to the original in size and function. Magic.

After buying a Chevy Silverado from the US, and contacting different companies to arrange shipping and IVA conversion, I decided to use Specialised Shipping - not just because they were competitive price wise, but because they genuinely cared and made it so personable. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and provided consistent timely updates throughout the process (even at times replying to my messages outside business hours when I had questions!).

I’m so grateful for the support from Chris, Neil and Andre! I was eager to get the truck registered asap, they pulled out all the stops to get it shipped and legalised as fast as possible. Even when unforeseen issues arose (seized water pump etc) They worked relentlessly to fix without delay.

Don’t let other companies fool you into thinking they can do it cheaper or faster. SSS completed the lighting conversion to a factory-replica standard, keeping the original look of my truck! And, when additional repairs were needed, their specialist knowledge of American cars meant the repairs were completed to an OEM standard.

Chris and Neil couldn't have been more attentive and helpful for what is a long drawn out process to import a car from in my case Hong Kong (sept to Jan!), however they were with me every step of the way and on more than one occasion went over and beyond to help with for example mould on the inside after shipping and the actual collection on a storm ravaged day that screwed up the trains. Imported my car Hong Kong to UK with another import company but they messed up my speedometer and it wasn’t working properly but Neil and his team at specialised shipping fixed the speedometer for me even it wasn’t their responsibility to.
