Broforce was meant to be their last release and shipped it on January. It never arrived and I was asked to wait and reach out in a month. By the time I reached out they ceased operations. I felt this was very dishonest from them. They won't be missed.

Stay away from them. They have managed to completely screw up my last 3 last and simply leave me alone with a loss of aprox $380. Support hasn't responded for several weeks. If you look at the comments on social media: I'm not alone here. That already has something of a fraud to it.

I pre ordered a game over a year ago and just checked in from time to time for the status. Finally in August 2023 I was told shipment was happening soon...then silence.
By October I still haven't heard on shipping and the status on the website didn't change - I was ready to just cancel. Lo and behold I log into and its now marked as delivered. I was never even emailed it shipped out.
I never got the package - it was not delivered to my home. I emailed support asking what they can do and by today, 12/19 I was told that they cannot do anything since its marked as delivered.
So I never got something I pre ordered over a month ago and nor will they help.
Apparently this is common for them? That's nice!

Awful. Violates FTC law. Will false advertise (claim a product is limited and shipping soon) and then have the same item be mass produced later and delayed two years and deny VEHEMENTLY any request for refunds, despite breaking their own terms. Toxic company, should be investigated.

I have ordered multiple "exclusive" games with them that later on came to other shops. They straight up lie and promise things, that will not happen later.

Also I had multiple orders not arrive and the support does not help.

I would strongly advise not to buy from them.

I purchased 2 games from them, when ordering I was told they would be shipped out around April, it's now September and the games have yet to be shipped.

Ive realized that many have expressed their distaste for the waiting time of this set and i do agree that 1 year and 4 months is a bit excesive. However after receiving it in hand i have to say that it's beautifully done, the case is sturdy, the booklet is thicker than any videogame manual you'll get these days and the box itself is firm with a finished design worthy of displaying on a shelf. It might not justify the waiting time but it's a quality set.

Pre-ordered a game 11 months ago. No shipping information yet, yet amazon has copies of their publishing company Devolver Games with 2 day shipping to my house, at a CHEAPER price. What a scummy company.

They are Scammers!!!!! Don’t order their. They’ll never ship anything and they’ll ghost you if u want to do something about it!!!!!

They're scammers! I bought Shadow warrior 3 more than a year ago and after a long wait they told me that they can't ship outside US, I've been writing them mails to give me a refund and they simple don't answer.

This is the worst experience I've ever experienced buying games.

I pre ordered Shadow Warrior 3 from them nearly 2 years ago and it’s only NOW arriving. That is unbelievable.

Company does not respond to customer emails.

15 months since I placed an order for a game, which still has no shipping date.

The same game is now available to buy as an ultimate edition on Amazon with next day delivery for a lower price than I paid special reserve.

I have emailed several times for an update but had no response at all!!!

WARNING!!!! As soon as you ask them a question (In my case, I've been waiting for a game to ship for over 16 MONTHS. I ask them for an update many times by email. I hear NOTHING back. After about 5 emails I decided to join their discord. I write to the support just to get kicked and blocked from the server. I try again with a different account (OBS I ask them very nicely, ''hey guys, any update on the manufacturing of this game yet?'' guess what? BLOCKED. And AGAIN I try writing on discord with another account in the chat for everyone to see I write ''hey guys have yall got your game yet?'' guess what? BLOCKED. You can never speak about anything or ask anything from their staff. Also, they have no return policy they take your money and give nothing back. Not even a word. $145 down the drain. First and last time. SCAM COMPANY.

Games take way to long to get - prepare to wait 7 months to a year or more to get a game . It’s ridiculous- I’ve ordered about 3 games max - I’m waiting for weird west now . I won’t order from here again . Then you’ll get emails about game release delays and shipping nonsense only for that to get pushed back .

And once again a customer service is entering the contest of "worst customer service ever". Here we have a customer service that changes unilaterally the terms of the contract without the other party's approval. When I refused the new terms, they said I can't refuse, because the contract tells it's impossible to change its terms, with or without the parties approval. What the *** ? Do I really have to explain how stupid that sound ? If they care so much about the contract's terms being absolute (which is normal), then why did they tried to change its terms in the first place ? They gave me no explanation for this change, and when I agreed for the change, in exchange for other small changes, they refused too. So they want to have their cake and eat it too ! That's not how a contract works. This guys are a disgrace to America. And they even put the blame on innocent Paypal here, who assured me they had nothing to do with it (and they are right).

Don't take the risk, their games eventually get retail releases anyway.

I had a missing item in my reserve box. I contacted Special Reserve about this. Other than an email confirming they received my email, it was complete radio silence from their side. Fast forward 3 months. Received an email saying they will send me the missing item with my next shipment. However, they never do. Fast forward another 2 months. Receive a new email saying that instead of the missing item, they will simply send me a new reserve box. That's p good, right? Except they didn't send it with customs paid. I now have to pay customs + taxes on a replacement box that I didn't even want in the first place. I just wanted the missing item.

I've bought a handful of games from these guys, and the quality is definitely well worth the price and wait. It's not just about game preservation for these guys, it's also about game celebration, giving these games the love they deserve! My only complaint would be over wait times, as after preordering you're likely going to wait well over half a year before the games arrive at your home, but I completely understand that COVID-19 had a part to play in the delays and the fact that they're not a conglomerate company like Amazon. Currently eagerly waiting on Broforce, Demon Throttle, and Death's Door to arrive- the wait will definitely be worth it!

Ordered games in January 2021 haven't received anything, they don't update there customers or reply to emails.

I ordered 4 limited edition games that were never shipped (the order status always shows "awaiting shipment"). The customer service does not respond or give any solution.
Buying games from this site is like Russian roulette, because sometimes they don't send them and you lose all your money.
