I love them. I've ordered since they began shipping switch games, and from getting my first few orders, I make it a point to order every switch release they do that isn't sold in a store (basically I omitted Enter the Gungeon and My Name is Pedro) just because I'm not that particular when it comes to certain cartridges and I'm somewhat cheap. Very thankful they offered free shipping for their first Switch release. They put a ton of love into their products, and I'm surprised they offered several opportunities to order things they already sold out of (like the Gris 2nd run or the extras they sell occasionally). I was blown away at the Gris Collector's Edition contents and quality, heck it comes with gloves so you can handle it like a collector! When I had a slight printing issue with a game cover art, it was resolved so smoothly. I was just so blown away with it all. When they offer codes for some of their games, it's such a nice treat for us. For that person who's code doesn't work, that sucks a lot, it does sound like it could be a freak accident where the code is invalid, or you could be pulling a fast one, no one knows, but ultimately, I'm shopping at SRGs for the physical goods. Heck, I haven't even touched some of my digital codes from SRGs!

Had been an impressive company with previous orders. However was sent a code for Carrion that did not work. Ignored by customer services after sending repeated emails saying that I had tried using the code via the process that they suggested and it did not work. Sent a copy of the error code page as well. Asked for a new code or for the order to be cancelled and no answers as of yet. Kind of feel that I am been looked upon as some sort of scammer rather than a customer who has had a problem with a product that they are meant to supply!!!
