The optician I spoke to while my eyes tested was excellent took her time explained everything whilst she did. It made me feel at ease. My glasses are perfect. Would recommend your service.

A 5 star spectacle store
The optician was great and Ayse was very helpful. Helping me and her trainee out perfectly. Specsavers at Talbot Heath is an excellent place to get specs from.

Terrible service
Terrible service. The optician recommended varifocal lenses, but they are not suitable for me as an IT professional who uses computer monitors every day. When I returned after two or three months, they told me to buy another pair with occupational lenses instead of resolving the issue. I spent nearly £400 on glasses that are not suitable for my needs. This will be my last visit to the Spec Saver ( the shop is near liverpool street station)

Very good experience.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The young lady who talked to me and took the details of what options I wanted for my glasses and delt with me when I came to collect them was very good. Wish I could remember her name.
