I found my items in a different box
I found my items in a different box. I have pictures of the original one, well packed and closed. Fortunately, I found everything in there. I don't understand what happened to the original package, I called the customer service and nobody can tell me why.

the other times i didn't have many issues, but this time i had to major ones. First about the pick up: the delivery guy said that he came to pick up the order but he didn't actually pass by and the second was that i couldn't track my order so i didn't know where it was

I prenotate a package to be pick up at my apartment but they told me that I wasn't there when they pass..how come I was the portinaiao on the building and I was there waiting for the corrieri to pass and get my package..I was force to a drop point center to give my package😏problem is I paid a pick up package which cost more than a drop point 😏I don't know if I will trust this guy's again👎

Easy peasy way to send parcels to the UK post Brexit, which has made things a bit of a nightmare. SpedireSubito makes it doable with a minimum of fuss from filling out all the customs forms on line and printing them out to the pick up at home. No more endless waiting in line at the Post Office and filling out their impossibile customs forms!
