Supposed to grab the pack on Monday, they didn't go there and once we called the same day, they said they have picked it. Once we explained that the pack was still there, they organized the pickup the day after. Anyway, more than 72h have passed and I still didn't receive my pack.

I paid by debit card and when I got a refund because I couldn’t send an item they kept from my money the transaction fees of PayPal, despite I paid by Debit Card! It never happened that a company kept transaction fee for a payment by Debit Card! Customer service ignored my emails for days. To Avoid this company

PERSO TUTTO! NON USARE QUESTI SERVIZZI!
If I could give a - 10 stars I would! An absolutely self involved business and their service is just to rob you blind.
I have sent a luggage with them. My collection date suppose to be on 28th December and they came late on 30s December. They have lost my luggage and are unable to give any compensation back or details where have they lost it (all my things was inside, clothes , shoes, jewellery , expensive make up, books, important documents) they say they need a proof of the items -which would be receipts! Who keeps receipts of their items after they been used??? How do I get a receipt of important documents?
They haven't suggested any real help on this. Completely heartless ,careless service! Never trust them! Using people like this!
They won't refund my delivery charge neither! The delivery didn't happen and they still kept the money I paid to sent the luggage. What a disgrace ! If I could I would announce them. This is unhuman how they deal with customers. I ended up losing a value of everything together for 400 euros. Do not use their services !
