Not as fast as hoped
Relatively easy to use, but beware if you order collection same day it crashes the system. It took a second email the following morning to rectify and documents were collected, however DHL then took another working day to begin to move them! Service requested Thursday, collected Friday delivered late Tuesday- nowhere near as quick as expected, or needed

I used the service twice this month
I used the service twice this month.
I actually found it perfect the first time, although the TNT guy had got another phone number instead of mine, but fortunately he managed to get into the building anyway and picked up my packages.
The second one was a little bit more problematic. Again with TNT, he missed the day and spediresubito rescheduled the pick up. TNT missed the second attempt as well, and only on the third one he managed to pick up my things.
In general, I found spediresubito a very good service in terms of customer support, they reply straight away all the times. I would eventually suggest them to revisit the integration with TNT Stockholm that has some small problems here and there.
Positive experience in general.
I would suggest you to try the service out. It is a good one.
