First courier didn't show up, so they changed to UPS which picked up the package and lost it.
They were not able to have any info.
Didn't reinbourse one single euro.

I have used it twice to send parcels to the UK. Very trustworthy and quick

The help assistance is fast but the service of couriers is really poor. I used this company a few times and 80% of the time the courier does not come on the day booked to pick up the parcel. Plus there is the incoherence of the help assistance and the courier: the help assistance blame on the courier having unforeseen events (all the times, poor courier), and the courier blames on the assistance for not sending all the orders they have got on that day.
So What is the point of paying the service if they do and say whatever they want? Plus for not talking about the conditions of the parcel that I got, all the times broken and in very very bad contition!

Impeccable service and trustworthy from start to end, especially in my case as I had to ship important documents so I really needed the tracking part and time efficiency! They use vectors like DHL, TNT so all trustworthy but with the advantage of a better price! (I checked also shipping directly through those services directly, not advantageous) All great and professional, starting from the online platform, user friendly and intuitive, customer support (I sent an email and I contacted them also via the chat available on their page and I got prompt replies), very good prices, I needed an fast shipment of an envelope from Romania to Italy and they had the best price and deliver time-wise offer! It is the third time I avail of their service and they are my choice for future ones, definitely. Complimenti per l'eccellente lavoro!

Delivery re-scheduled 4 times, 3 broken bottles and no compensation at all. When I contacted them, they told me they can't claim anything on the courier.

Experience not to be repeated. I understand the difficulties for the period of Covid19 but for a package I had to wait a week less than 150 km. The most negative experience was the customer service (also of the TNT driver) because in an attempt to search for information on the shipment I had no answer, indeed they expressed personal opinions. Instead of helping me, customer service sent me back to the TNT site which had been blocked for days and spent money on toll calls. The question is: but in these cases should it be SpedireSubito to manage the inefficiencies of its drivers or should the customer solve problems, changes in deliveries, etc.?
