Placed an order for small (<$100) item, no indication the item was out of stock/backordered, waited 2 weeks without a ship notification, made 2 attempts to contact Speedlogix via email (no phone number is listed on their site) with no response, so initiated a chargeback.

This company owes me $7,000 Lisa avoids phone calls and doesn't respond to emails. This company is a scam. they have ruined their relationship with their local fabricators. I have given Lisa Plenty of opportunity to resolve this.

Horrible. Never answers the phone or answers emails. Terrible joke of a business.

Ordered catch can (6.1L) and stainless hoses. Received black hoses. Contacted them (alexis) said for me to send a picture of what I received which is akin to "prove it" in my book but ok if that makes you feel better here. Sent picture of hoses on top of invoice stating "stainless hoses" so pretty clear mistake was made. Told her I needed either a return label or a shipping address so I could return the hoses and credit my account accordingly. She said (email) they would send return label and when they got hoses they would credit account. Never got that or any other emails from them. Makes me think if I simply mailed the hoses back I wouldn't have the hoses OR my 60 bucks; 1 month later I decided to install the can with (colorful adjective here) I didnt want. Dissapointing. Oh yea to top it off they dont fit- had to Mcgyver it big time. Yes the can looks good and my install does too. Will be only thing on my car from them.

Speedlogix shipped my order quickly and the staff is very friendly!
