Delivery all fine, very helpful friendly driver. However no communication via either email or text after the order was placed, I had to phone twice to get an eta, the first time nobody called me back.

Don’t use this company
They led me to believe my shipping would take 40 days when it’s now 63. They also didn’t tell me a pick up date for weeks.
They take your money then leave you in limbo what a joke

Excellent service kept me updated start to end.
Emliy at customer service help me to update the tracking of pellet.
Emily provided excellent service from start to finish, the pellet was delivered dot on time.

Not only was Speedshift Logistics the most competitive quote, by a long way, to move a 130kg log burner from North Yorkshire to Devon, but their customer service support was first class from initial contact to delivery.

recently asked for leisure batteries to be collected and delivered to me, they arranged paperwork that was needed.

Somewhat frustrated at being charged twice the price for a small pallet because my axel was over hanging by a few inches. When the truck arrived it was half empty at 5.0 clock.
Also it took nearly a week to deliver

Overall great service, one thing I wish the company give is updates on ETA on being delivered.

Part of my consignment went missing en route (possibly due to being insecure) but after a few emails the company owner rang me with a solution. The part was tracked down and sent on to me, I had to cover the cost but it was cheaper than sourcing a replacement.

Very friendly and helpful staff, both on the phone and in person.
The Driver went to great lengths to pick up my pallet, which was difficult to collect because of narrow streets at the place of collection.
I really cannot praise him enough for what he did.
The prices for pallet shifting are very competitive too, and I would recommend Speedshift highly and without hesitation.

This was the most professional, friendly, and helpful company that I have dealt with. There are actual human beings on the other end of the phone, (if you are like me and prefer this) who totally put me at ease and inspired total confidence in my Car Engine being couriered across England.
Furthermore my delivery was quicker than originally expected.
Price was Very Competitive, in fact I subsequently found out this was the main courier company that many cheap online vendors use and just add a percentage.
I was very satisfied and will always be using them, and will refer them to everyone.

You were truly amazing, I had a medical device to ship to Slovakia and we had not been made aware 99% of shippers need to ship from and to a business with an EORI number or charge 3 times the shipping cost.

Reasonably priced and the service achieved what was required. The item was collected and delivered.

However communication was poor and slow with a number of emails requesting confirmation of when the item was to be collected/delivered being entirely ignored. When I eventually receiving a call from the courier to confirm delivery date, I requested they call me before delivery as it was a 300kg stove and needed to be put into a specific place. They did not call and so I wasn’t there to take delivery. Meaning it was placed in the wrong location with no way to move it.

Excellent communication throughout. Driver efficient and friendly.
