It has been a month that the Speed Shift gave me anxiety! Evie the manager and Laura the assistant/receptionist wasted my time, money and energy! The way they treat their customers they need to be banned from this pallet service! I bought item from eBay and paid SpeedShift to deliver for me. They overcharged me after they collected the item and took it to their depo and asked me either pay us or we take your item back for sale! Lol my own item they wanted to put back on sale! Who says that? What a forc! They even contacted the poor man from ebay that we will bring it back to you for sale lol the man from ebay contacted me that why they are so unfair and why they charge you again? If you need help I can help…I said thats how they take peoples money… you dont need to worry I will deal with them myself…. Finally after few weeks conversation I paid them again£150 extra to deliver the item to my address. But again they made excuses that they cannot unload the item from the track as they dont have 2 men to unload lol. They asked me to book another van and collect my item! Who does that ? A business maybe can book Every step a van a track a pallet?!! I am a decent customer I just want my item to come to my address thats all. I had about 100 emails /conversation with poor Laura who cannot handle issues and cannot solve problems! Only can ask for more money! And can email you nonsense 1000 times if she want to but not solving the actual issue she can only make you unhappy with each email!
As I was tired of emailing them and not any solution I decided to call to the depot/warehouse people directly and begged them to bring to my address and i book 2 men to unload the item to finish this story! Such a shame to these type of delivery services that ruins UK! I feel very sorry for them as they dont know the business but they do business and eat their customers brains! What a poor work life they have fighting/forcing everyday for money!

What a breath of fresh air Speedshift are. I was having a nightmare getting a pallet to N.Ireland with all the paperwork the company I was using requiring. I decided to find another company and came across Speedshift, gave them a call and was assured they sort all the paperwork out, just let them know the size and weight of the pallet along with contents and value, they do the rest. The pallet was booked, collected from our mainland UK address and delivered to my client in N.Ireland within 4 days, no red tape, no delay. Excellent service and thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant service. Never used a service like this before. I had a parcel collected from northern Ireland to the England with no issues at all.
Will definitely use again if needed

Terrible service , they deducted an extra £79 after j had paid for the delivery which they ended up sending to a different location..the mistake was theirs and they wouldn't even offer an apology. They instead went on to charge me extra without my knowledge nor consent. They arrived thieves. I would beaking further complaints about these theiving and rude lot!!! Moat of these reviews are fake because the majority of the reviews I habe now read, which I should have done before using them are full of complaints. I would avoid at all cost..their customer service is non existent and it looks like they are bent on screwing their customers over!!!

Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service,
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. After booking a delivery, the driver incurred an £80 parking charge, which was entirely their responsibility. Despite this, the company claimed I was liable based on incorrect information and then withdrew the funds from my account without my consent. When I raised the issue, they were unhelpful and refused to acknowledge their mistake. I have reported this unauthorized transaction to my bank and would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service. The handling of this situation was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Used this pallet service and delivery guy delivered it to the customer not on a pallet dragging it across the floor . Absolutely ruined an item I paid £600 for and a £100 delivery service .have had to file through the courts as they offered a refund of £100 when it cost £100 for delivery , refund to buyer was £265 and price of product £265 ! DONT USE THESE CLOWNS ! Chocolate tea pot would be more useful
Read the review below “we are a pallet service we move on pallets “ clearly not 😂 obviously paid for a pallet to pallet delivery not pallet to smashed on the floor and dragged to customer location . So wouldn’t need a upcharge in insurance if you done the service you’re charging people for . Regardless of your insurance claim a court order has been issued agaist yourself .

We use speed shift for all our pallet shipments. They are always helpful, efficient and the price is very reasonable.I would and do recommend them.

Booked an engine pick up from South Wales to North Yorkshire, arrived next day no issues, great service.

Did not even turn up on the day booked. Still waiting.

Very happy with service

Extremely helpful and kept me up-to-date with all stages of the process. Although they are a logistics company and use other companies to do the moving, the actual companies they used were also very good. The final delivery company - Liam Connelly - delivered the engine directly into my garage, something they did not have to do.
