I would say this company is probably the cheapest company in South East London and they say is what you pay and they will talk you through every stage of the job so you can see the problem for yourselves then they will you their very expensive equipment and extensive knowledge to clear the blockage and leave the site clean and tidy up and leave a very happy customer

Outstanding service
We had blocked sinks and called out a plumber who tried for 2 hours to clear the pipes but was unable two, We then called out speedy jet drainage who had the job completed within 20 minutes very happy with price and service.

The engineer was all right, the sink is unblocked now, but cost of service climbed up from 85 expected to 170 pounds! Here's the quote they gave me:

Hi - no call out charge we charge £20 per half hour for manual works if any machinery is required we charge an additional £45.

The works took 45 minutes. At the beginning I signed a sheet with the terms, and the engineer told me that "in the costs list there are also special chemicals that are pricely but it is only for really bad cases so I dont need to worry about that". Half way through the engineer realised we need to use those chemicals. At the end he gave me a bill totalling 170 pounds which was made up of 40 pounds worth of chemicals and two half-hours of work 65 pounds each. On my question that my reading was '45 pounds not per half hour but on top of the manual works bill' he said well look, you signed the terms yourself - and there it was, in miniscule letters, 'per half hour' next to the 45 pounds on the sheet that I did sign. I simply did not see them. He added that I should be grateful he did use the chemicals as otherwise his work would have taken even longer (and the bill pricier). Unfortunately I did not even think to check how much chemicals he actually used or what they were.

170 pounds for 45 minutes! Uff. What a rip off. Be careful what you sign!
