The glue used in the stamp was very poor quality and it fell off in a week. I glued it back together with a proper adhesive for plastics and now is strong.
I bought an stamp to use in clay and I wouldn't buy again since I have to push too hard to leave an adequate mark.

It is always our intention to provide the highest quality products alongside great customer service, you will see from other reviews we have many happy returning customers who have purchased from us for many years.
Unfortunately as you didn’t contact us regarding your stamp, we were unaware of any issues you were having thus this did not giving us an opportunity to resolve them.
We have not previously had any complaint regarding the glue used in the production of our stamps, however the vast majority are not used in clay which will apply additional pressure to the product. Your comments have been noted for our future orders being produced for use in clay. We would of course have rectified this issue.
With regards to the force required to make an impression, I note that your design is very small (under 2cm) and it is therefore to be expected that a certain amount of pressure would need to be applied to ensure all parts of the design were visible in clay.
Once again I am sorry for the issues you experienced but without knowledge of an issues we are unable to resolve it.
