I have now used Spex4Less several times and every time it has been a flawless experience. Initially they helped me set up my prescription and talked me through how to use the website, which is very clear. The communication is perfect as they keep you up to date on the process and delivery of your glasses. The actual product is perfect too and I have had no problems at all. They seem to be the best value internet opticians, when you consider service and product.

The choice is great, with really competitive pricing. Ordering was simple, and even with a varifocal prescription, the process and email contact was simple and effective. When I had reason to call for an update on my order, the efficient and superb service continued. I was told confidently that my order would be despatched on the Friday, and it was. And the glasses are great. The lenses have been fit expertly, and I could not be happier. Just looking now to buy some prescription sunglasses!

Reglaze frames broken in post
Long story short, I sent a pair of glasses in to be reglazed and they got broken in the post. Rather than just pop the pieces back in the post to me, they gave me a voucher towards a new frame and recommended some alternatives to the broken frames and within two days I had some great new glasses. Couldn't have asked for more. Great and friendly service.

Excellent customer service
I was so pleased with my reading glasses that I decided to order sunglasses in the same frames. I had made a mistake while ordering the sunglasses and they arrived as readers and not for distance as I expected. The team at Spex4Less were amazing and without any quibble replaced the lenses for the correct ones. All I had to do was pay the delivery, as this was my mistake, I thought it was excellent customer service.
