Clip fan

I have recently decided to go with spider farmer brand after hours of research on lights. I found a really good deal on the se1000. I received the light and love it!!!! So I figured I would go with the rest of their setup. Purchased clip fans and other accessories. I visited my local grow shop the other day and was talking about spider farmer and they told me they love the product but their warranty and customer service suck. That made me very nervous!!
The next day I received my product and after installing everything one of the clip fans had a bad grinding noise. Figured O NO here we go so I contacted customer support about the issue and they asked for a short video verifying the issue. To my surprise they quickly resolved the problem!! 'Way to go spider farmer' Thank you for a quick easy and pleasant transaction.
Will definitely be done business with them again

I bought a spider farmer light 400…

I bought a spider farmer light 400 watt. I had a little issue with the fixing. Therefore i contacted the customer service. It was very helpfull and quick response. The quality overall is superb. I really can recommend the gear and service from spider Farmer.

I love spider farmer grow light

I love spider farmer grow light. Most of my lights came from them. I mainly grow anthurium and I like a light that you can toggle to the lowest possible intensity. I also noticed lately that my anthurium seedlings grew to have a beautiful form and color I believe that high quality light plays a role on it. Their customer support are quick to response
i have an issue with light and they address it right away. Highly recommended company

G4500 Driver

The best thing about this company is there ability to maintain composure when faced with diverse situations.. that being said I was very disgruntled and irate initially because my lady’s were suffering and I lost a Tropicana cookies seedling auto ,blueberry seedling and Durban cheese f1 auto fem that I bred myself amongst plenty others. and I was distraught honestly, but I understand things happen and they were patient and remained vigilant on resolving my issue and that alone is what makes a company stand out to me . My g4500 is the subject of this review forgot to mention first , her driver took a dive , I love her and her bridgelux diodes work amazing and gives great yields, I also have g 3000 with bridgelux diodes another amazing light she was my first light from spider-farmer official and I did 423 grams from 4 autos under her (g3000) 3 Barney’s farm ,pineapple express auto,white widow xxl auto , sky walker og auto,and last but not least gorilla cookies auto (fast buds) I have Samsung diodes (281b)in a off brand fixture I don’t use currently and they where amazing that being said I just purchased 2 2024 sf 1000 Evo with the Samsung 301H Evo diodes and let me tell u they are unmatched I have them in a 2x4 tent with photos from Barney’s farm and I’m impressed can’t wait to chop to do a auto run but I think they will run out of room .plants love the Evo diodes cant wait to get some for the 4x8 but I’m very happy with the g series . Just ordered another 2x4 for mother’s and clones and i will get more Evo lights when the budget presents itself that being said I’ll probably use a fixture I won’t name in this review. All in all spider farmer is a great product with accurate ppfd charts . PPFD ( photosynthetic photon flux density) and a par meter proves it, anyway I love spider farmer we jus had a lil fight lol but we back together and spider farmer official feel free to send any products u have my info.

They got you covered!

I have the 6"clipfan after 6 or 7 months with it. One day I noticed it wasn't oscillating, All it took was a short email and the response was fast within 24hours I had a claim for a new clip fan replacement. Thank you spider Farmer I would recommend this company for your indoor gardening needs. Awesome customer service 👏

Excellent customer service

These guys are great, very patient and understanding. I had a power supply fail after 8 months of continuous use and and all it took was an email and I received the replacement in about a week. I didn't even have to send the old one in which is always a hassle packing and sending it. Best customer service thanks guys

Great customer service

Everything started out kind of Rocky. But once I figured out how spider farmer works and seeing that you just need to wait for the emails to come back-and-forth. They truly stand behind everything. All the stuff I have is top-notch and work great truly recommend spider farmer For growing equipment.

Tent came damaged from the way it was…

Tent came damaged from the way it was packed, they offered a $5 refund and told me there's a patch kit. I'm not patching a brand new tent that you can tell has damage from the way it was packed. Charged a international transaction fee of $28 despite being site for my country. Support is terrible, unscrupulous and unprofessional vendor, $5 for there mistake is laughable. I'll get my credit card company to reverse the payment, and use email as evidence to support my claim... I hope they also exclude you from future payments. I'll never buy another spider farm product, and tell everybody I know to avoid them like the plague....

Everything is great.

I ordered a complete grow kit and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the fan made some noise, but the support was very quick and helpful. Everything else was in perfect order and the products themselves feel high quality. Perfect and recommended for me as a beginner.
