Worst customer service ever.
Package was apparently delivered but we never got it. They emailed us saying it has been signed for and the name is noone we know, some ethnic name.
They told us to look in my mailbox (light would not fit in my mail box as it is about 1 metre long) or look closely at my front door as if I'm blind!
They then tell us nothing they can do about it and $700 down the drain.
Don't waste your time!
I’ve had a great experience with Spider Farmer. I just bought a SE1200w light, with there GGS smart controller, 6 inch fan with carbon-filter and smart controller, and tent organizer board. Can’t wait to see the results!!! Starting a new YouTube channel will be doing an unboxing and grow setup soon so be on the lookout for the videos to drop.

After receiving my order spider Farmer had a sale spend over $700 get a free dehumidifier. I reached out to Farm and they responded right away
and are still sending me out the dehumidifier. Can’t ask for better customer support experience than that!!!
Spent £140 on a humidifier that was broken and i feel was defective by design. I spent almost 2 months emailing them and waited a month for them to send new parts. They ignored me repeatedly, didnt fix the issue and refused to allow me to return the unit or to get s refund. I tried to force a refund through paypal but it was refused because it had been over 30 days. I feel spider farmer purposely dragged out the messages by ignoring the problem and making me wait a month for new parts but sent me wrong pieces. I asked numerous times to speak to someone on the phone and for a return address but i was ignored every time.
Spider farmer customer service and products are top notch.They exceed my expectations. Had a small issue contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement very quickly and saved my harvest 🤗 Spider farmer for the win!! 🏆

After using the spider farmer 6-in clip fan for about 7-8 months, It started messing up and not oscillating. I contacted spider farmer explaining my issues also send them a video of the clip fan messing up They were able to send me another clip fan free of charge a week later. Customer support was excellent. I will continue using these products and suggest others to give them a shot.😎🌿🌱💚
Products are hit and miss. When they work they’re great, but when they don’t it is terrible. I purchased a humidifier for my mushroom tent and it failed after four months. I went through two more months of agonising emails to get a refund. At first they agreed and then tried to renege and offer me a credit. I had to threaten them with complaints to the Chinese Embassy and the China Consumers Association before they agreed to the refund. In China it is a criminal offence to commit consumer unrest and bring disrepute to the nation, so if you want a refund tell them you will go to these agencies and put links to them in the email. They will get you a refund in no time at all. You need to be tenacious and play them at their own game. They will insist on using PayPal and charge you the fees. Caveat emptor!!!
I had a lil snag with my order and ,immediately found and had my order shipped. But when I tell you this light is bright it lit up my house from my bedroom I’ll be back for another one.
Very bad customer service. If you need an invoice, dont buy here, you dont get one. Even if you are running a business the company dont send you an invoice. My lawsuit is already underway.
Spider Farmer Customer Service is Top Tier 5 stars. I love there products for example there carbon filter really does the job I got a second one for how good it works. I plan on buying another in the future when needed. You’ll not be disappointed they go above and beyond with there customers 100 much love to Spider Farmer
If you receive a working product you'll get a great bang for your buck. Good luck if you're having to deal with their customer service though.
The connectors of my light where bent out of shape and they told me to fix them with a screwdriver (it did work) and didn't acknowledge that this happend due to poor packaging. They offered me a refund of 10€ if I keep the light. As it turns out it wasn't a refund but rather store credit.
Next purchase was their 140*70*200cm grow tent. One of the zippers gets stuck 9/10 times and the tent is overall really wobbly. I did give it a 3 Star rating on their website, it got deleted. I contacted them and they told me the're having some trouble with their review platform. So I wrote another one, also gets deleted. However the reviews giving 5 stars will go live instantly.
So yeah, kind of shady and I feel like they're taking the mickey.
Don't buy from this company. There is no customer support. The phone numbers are fake. I have been trying to return my dehumidifier for over a month. And I have been getting delayed and ignored by customer service. They want me to make a video to show them that the dehumidifier doesn't work properly. This video would show nothing to prove that it does or does not work. Some 12 hours of video would be necessary to show that it doesn't lower humidity over time. They are just delaying me hoping I will give up. The customer service is in china and doesn't care whether it resolves any issues.

I had a problem with the dehumidifier and I really couldn’t figure out by myself what was wrong, so I decided to contact the team spider farmer and they helped me a lot by giving me advices and by offering me the option of return of the product with the resend of a new one.
I’m speechless with the customer service giving by Spider Farmer, the dehumidifier I received wasn’t really working as expected, they sent me a replacement right the way, really really happy with SF.
I had heard good things about spider farmer customer service before i bought their products (G8600 light, smart controller, and inline fan) but naturally hoped i wouldn’t have to deal with them lol. Unfortunately, the probe that came with the smart controller wasn’t working when i got it for whatever reason. Within a couple days after reaching out to customer support they resolved it. They were extremely quick in their responses and clear what they needed from me. Next thing you know the replacement was on the way. Big fan of this company👍
Last April I bought three SE1000W LED units from Spider Farmer. I really liked the lights, they seemed to work well. I had them plugged into an Autopilot High Power Controller to provide clean, stable power. I used them for one grow, in a greenhouse, and then put them away until the next spring. During that second grow, one of the drivers burned up. I contacted their customer service dept immediately. Right away there were issues because the grammar was off and it wasn't clear what they wanted photos of. After several email exchanges, I provided photos and they agreed to send me a new driver. However, before the replacement shipped, a second driver went bad. I contacted customer service again and they asked for more photos... and this time they asked for videos as well....where I would plug the failed drivers, one at a time, into a known working light (had to show that as well). I had to label everything for the videos and also show that the outlet I was using actually had power to it. They said they'd send me replacement parts (as in TWO drivers). They ended-up sending one driver. There was no follow up on the second. So I contacted them again (we're past a dozen emails by now) they said they had to wait for more parts, which would be another month. I still haven't received the second driver. I went two full months without the use of my Spider Farmer lights....I had to scramble to provide lighting for 8 big plants (to get them thru the flowering stage) . MEANWHILE... one of my HLG lights developed an issue where it wouldn't turn on every morning. I contacted their customer service (1 phone-call), they asked me to provide a copy of the invoice (1 email), the next day they had a whole new unit on its way to me. SF has good lights...but their customer service was horrible. It's easier to deal with issues when there is no language barrier...which you WILL experience with SF.... that's just a fact. I'm not buying any more SF products... I'm going to replace the SF lights with HLG lights. Happy Growing! *UPDATE* I received the second driver.... turns out both replacement units are actually from another one of their models....an SF1000. There is a video that shows how to use the replacement driver in place of the original. Of course they didn't tell me that, or include any instructions....I had to contact them AGAIN to find this information out. Ugh.
Terrible company! took preorder money then didn't ship item on release instead lowered the price on website by £30 and told everyone dispatch on the will be over a week late. I asked them to cancel my order they ignored the message and responded saying we have just dispatched it, I will be refusing delivery of there dehumidifier and won't be giving this company anymore of my time or money thanks.
So I ordered a Spider farmer 8600 in October of 2023. From the beginning there was a humming coming from the driver. I reached out to spider farmer and they said they would send out a new driver. Mind you when light is in operation above 60% it strobes and hums even louder. So they made me wait a month and a half and sent the wrong driver. They were adamant they sent right one but they were wrong. So then they said oops will send you right one but on backorder. Then the worst happened. I had to keep using light obviously until new driver came in and in that time it blew. Not only blew it popped my breaker and filled basement with smoke and scared my children and now they are worried about smoke and fire all the time. So then after clearing out smoke etc. I made sure to let Spider farmer know. They were no help,but said driver is on the way. Driver shows up 5 days later and I put it all together. And the light doesn't work! Driver is putting out power cause I metered it but that whole blowing out situation with last driver sent a charge back to led bars and blew them. I sent videos etc to explain what happened and that my light is obviously still under warranty and I would like a replacement setup. They would not concur. They expect me to send them light and driver back to them and inconvenience me even further. No way! They have costed me $600 in light and I lost 2k in meds and am still with no light several months after.Not to mention the PTSD it caused my kids cause of the fire and smoke the driver created when failed. Then they decide to offer me a sf1000 second hand light to cover witch is a $50 light! I liked there lights but there customer service is the most horrible I've ever encountered. I deal with Mars hydro, Growers choice,Fohse, Medi grow and all have been absolutely exceptional if I have any issues. Mars and Medi grow I had bars go out on both those lights 3 -6 months in and I go no flack. I sent videos explaining everything and guess what.... They both shipped out replacements and I had in 7 days. If yah want lights I would highly recommend staying away from Spider farmer!!! I work with a lot of growers and light companies and it has by far been the worst experience ive ever had and am still going thru. I truly hope this helps some people cause I wish none of what I'm still dealing with with spider farmer. Have a nice day and keep on growing!
This company totally ripped me off, they wouldn’t communicate or reply they expected me to be an electrician instead of refunding or replacing product. If I did what they said it would void my warranty and as it was they just ignored me after I said I wasn’t willing to be an electrician. I got a whole 7 weeks use. Very poor product very bad just steer clear!!!! Then I found out they have a history of not doing the right thing as my local hydroponics shop had the same issue lost there money as well. If I could I’d rate the zero stars!!!
