Chinese company with cheap Chinese equipment that just has warehouses abroad.
I've spent over $1100 this month with this company everything was fine until I received my last package.
My last package to receive was the 6" inline fan and it came used and heavily damaged.
I contacted the company within 10 minutes of receiving the package and they are telling me it was done in shipping and offering to refund me $5.
I've provided more then enough proof this wasn't damaged in shipping and there is clearly is a problem with quality control. The company keeps reply to me lying directly to my face that it's impossible a used item could have been shipped to me and not willing to offer me a replacement controller even though they carry a 30 day return policy.
I got another response today offer $10 this time because they are now saying there is no controllers in stock and there is 10 on their website. So clearly they are lying or they didn't have any controllers and decided to just send me a use one and think I would be okay with a $5 discount.
It's no way to treat a customer who has spent so much money.
This should be illegal, it's theft and deceiving customers.
Don't buy from this company.
Not only did Spider Farmer replace the broken driver for my SF 4000 light without any hassle, they resent it after I misspelled my own address the first time. Great products and great service!
Iv been shoping through spider farmer for yrs iv bought about 8 lights 3 8x4 tent 7 fans an 2 large canfans dehumidifier latest delivery was ae 8x4 it come whit out the 4 middle tee adapters spider famer has been so slow an even leave me on seen to reply iv now have 8×4 that I can't use i brought two weeks ago an was hoping use it right away spider famer are very slack at comsterservice .
Fantastic customer service. I did have an issue with my power source with him the first year, however, their communication during the process to correct the issue has been outstanding. Overall product function is exceptional as well. I have (2) SE1000’s and (3) SE3000’s that have been excellent, zero issues besides this minor power issue. Sending me a replacement power source under warranty. Lychee has been great and I give them 5 stars!
Customer service from Lychee has been exceptional. My Spider Farmer Humidifier quit working and it’s been a very easy experience contacting them and getting a replacement sent out.
My order came in quick as I called them to see about another order there it was the next day. Spider farmer Customer Service answer me back real quickly. And it was very nice. I can’t wait to use your equipment so I could give more great reviews thank you spider farmer y’all have great quality products.
Just set up my 4x4 and everything was way better than expected.

Bought the new SE3000 2025 light in January. The digital dimmer will not connect to their app, I've explained to spider farmer the problem in detail, for them to reply with ''our engineer needs a video'' That was 3 days ago. Since then they have ignored all contact from me. My guess is to prolong till after the 30 day returns mark. Not Impressed!
Bad experience the second time on ebay bought one se1000 it melted sockets twice until they send me a power supplier that seemed to fix the issue that was pretty good customer service for the second one and i bought another se 1000 on ebay that was a whole other story they didn't want to give me a power supply and then was rewiring it up and I found that the light wires inside the light itself was melted as well so I contacted them again sent them pictures and all they could offer was a trade in what was a good price but a particularly don't have the money and I just wanted to send my one in to swap it but nope it was five days over warranty property lesson learnt to not have that stuff in your house anyway massive fire starter won't be going back to spider farmer
Purchased the 2x4 complete grow setup in 5/2024, quality and sturdiness of the product is AWESOME - no regrets, however...
- my controller crapped out in less than a year (11/24), they sent a replacement w/a free grinder, the experience was definitely a big hassle but resolved. Access to customer service is limited, I noticed the response to emails are usually around 12am (cst), so not sure where they are, there's no way of contacting anyone other than email if you need to address urgent issues.
Ella who helped me through my frustrations was super nice and patient. I give her a 5/5!
Hopefully I won't have any more issues! So far, I give it 4 stars for products.
1 star for customer service due to limited access for assistance.

Almost exactly a year ago I ordered a grow kit from Spider Farmer. The first thing to fail was an oscillating clip fan (stopped oscillating), followed shortly after that by the 6 inch line fan (massive reduction in its power) and the last thing to fail was the 6 litre humidifier (tripped my fuse board/fully dead). The humidifier broke just past the year warranty (during my correspondence with SF) so I get nothing but a shrug for this £60 unit that fee as older. All my failed SF products are less than a year old! I contacted SF on the 12th December 2024 and I’m still yet to receive ANY of the products as replacement. I received a tracking number today for the 6Inch line fan and who knows what will happen about the oscillating fan as they said they are waiting on stock.
Awful products. I will not be purchasing ANY more SF products in future.
Customer service. Likewise, sub par service. I appreciate that it was Christmas/New year but I feel that the 14 emails that I have sent since the 12 December should have been enough to resolve my issue.
Customer service is horrible. Sent defective product and refuses to send replacement. Keeps giving me the run around. Promise after promise unkept. Will be sticking with ACinfinity from here on out.
Update: I WON my credit card dispute. Folks reading this, if you are dissatisfied with SF's customer service open a dispute with your bank,credit card company,etc. Under no circumstances should it be closed at SpiderFarmer request.(THEY WILL BEG) Only close it when you are satisfied. Do not settle for anything less that what you paid for. Thanks to SpiderFarmers lack of customer service and failure to honor their warranty is was an easy win. I ordered my new light from AC Infinity with my refund.
The customer service is outstanding. Ella helped me within 24 hours even responded over Christmas. Very happy with spider farmer.
I ordered a complete tent set for growing from them and I am very pleased the shipment came to me very quickly and I also got a grinder from them for free. Everything works fine I have no problems everything works. Customer service is great they respond immediately I am very pleased with the Spider Farmer company they are the best
I Recently purchased a 4x4 complete tent. So far it has performed flawless. I sent a email to them on a Saturday when it arrived because I assumed it was all one shipment and only a few items arrived. They got back to me in 2hrs or less with all the shipping details of when it will all arrive. All it can say it excellent customer service highly recommend them.
I am interested to order directly from site spiderfarmer.ca. But after seeing the reviews below, I can assume the after sale service is so bad when there is problem with their product.
I will search for other brands which have the equivalent characteristic as the one of Spider Farmer that I was intended to buy.

it's no suprise 44% of these reviews are 1 star - I made an order costing 972 euros for a grow tent kit advertised as "thickened tent cover, crafted from triple-layered 1680D Oxford fabric" ...whatever that means.
The tent arrived with a hole in it - customer service then told me: "the materials used for the tent are relatively soft, occasional small holes may occur" - so which is it? Thickened oxford or soft and weak?
There solution was that i should fix the tent myself, which i obviously declined, after complaining some more they offerd me 10 euros in compensation for an order costing me close to 1k which i also declined - they then told me i should dismantle the whole grow kit and send it back to them for review (despite already sending photos).
after reading all these 1 star reviews and my own experience i will be taking my following order to another brand - you guys have just lost thousands in revenue...not that you give you a damn
Worst customer service ever.
Package was apparently delivered but we never got it. They emailed us saying it has been signed for and the name is noone we know, some ethnic name.
They told us to look in my mailbox (light would not fit in my mail box as it is about 1 metre long) or look closely at my front door as if I'm blind!
They then tell us nothing they can do about it and $700 down the drain.
Don't waste your time!
I’ve had a great experience with Spider Farmer. I just bought a SE1200w light, with there GGS smart controller, 6 inch fan with carbon-filter and smart controller, and tent organizer board. Can’t wait to see the results!!! Starting a new YouTube channel will be doing an unboxing and grow setup soon so be on the lookout for the videos to drop.

After receiving my order spider Farmer had a sale spend over $700 get a free dehumidifier. I reached out to Farm and they responded right away
and are still sending me out the dehumidifier. Can’t ask for better customer support experience than that!!!
