Thank you for your generic response, but it doesn’t solve anything.

The issue is very clear: your GGS AC10 controller simply doesn’t work.
It doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi at all, your app no longer recognizes my email, and even the verification email sent by your support always fails.

I’ve invested in your brand with a controller, multiple LED panels, a 16L humidifier, and the CO₂ probe kit, expecting professional-grade equipment.
Yet today, I’m completely unable to manage my setup, and my ongoing grow is at serious risk.

You mention a solution, but no real solution has been provided so far.
I’m still waiting for a proper answer and an urgent, serious fix – one that lives up to the reputation your brand claims to have.

Spider Farmer ruined our plants

Spider Farmer ruined our plants. They died because Spider Farmer refused to honor the 5 year warranty on the inoperable inline fan after we contacted Spider Farmer and Amazon. We sent emails and videos of the inoperable fan along with the order number. A replacement Grow Tent kit was supposed to be delivered on May 1st. It was delayed on May 2nd. Then it was returned to Spider Farmer after it reacher Naperville, IL and was NOT delivered to me. Today someone came to my house to pick up the replacement Grow Tent kit that was never delivered. Their response is an example of their charlatan company. They never provide solutions…they defer blame to Amazon rather than honoring their warranty. This company is horrible!!!

To all the people who purchased anything from this company I would like to let customers know they are a poor run company. I got a humidifier that was broken when got returned got the second with the same issue. I sent back and was never able to get refund this company is a fraud DONT NOT BUY I WARN EVERYONE!!!!!

My ballast failed under warranty

My ballast failed under warranty. I have plants in flower and its been over 2 weeks and 10 or more email correspondences and I still dont have tracking on the failed Chinese ballast they promised me. I own 3 Spider Farmer lights and I will never give them another cent. Their customer service is the slowest and worst Ive seen in decades of growing. Do not buy Spider Farmer . There are too many other reputable companies with far better response times

Without a doubt a shining example of…

Without a doubt a shining example of what every company should aspire to!!

I bought a full kit with spider farmer and can I say that it oozed quality from unpacking to putting together and using.

As if that was not enough to keep a customer for life. I had reason to reach out to customer service regarding a part that was not working as it should. Spider farmer was immediately mobilised to solve the issue. They confirmed the issue and sent out a brand new part, no quibbles!!

The team at Spider farmer should be proud of themselves and the business that they have created.

I think therewere quality materials at…

I think there were quality materials at a good price. Seem to have thought of most everything even a convenient way to adjust lamp light. Only problem I have was I bought the 2x2 version, and there was not quite enough room in there for both the filter and the blower. Not a big problem because there is enough ducting, so I re-routed the filter to the outside.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I bought a heater and a humidifier that both arrived defective. After multiple videos, photos, and emails proving the problem, Spiderfarmer NEVER refunded me and only tried to waste time so I would give up!! Their customer service is nonexistent because the email replies are automatically generated, it's outrageous. Luckily, I made the purchase via PayPal. They refunded me based on the evidence sent to SpiderFarmer. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Fraudlent Business Practices

While this company shows good face, be aware they are highly fraudulent. They offer 24/7 customer service, but they do not respond in a timely manner. Claiming time difference, they have a phone number that doesn't work. Additionally, they do not inform you of issues with the order and when they do respond they placate you and give you no options. BE VERY WARY of this company. I question some of the good reviews if they were paid off or AI. Since a large percent are bad, they do everything the bad reviews say.

I bought their 6L humidifier.

I bought their 6L humidifier.
The item arrived faulty, it would indicate there was no water in it and turn off even when it was full. This happens multiple times through the day.

The customer service team advised it was a problem with the base & would send out a new one.
After around 2 weeks or so, the new base arrived.

The new base was missing some foam in it that the new piece arrived with.
The replacement base also had scratches all in it & some sort of unknown substance stuck all over the heating component of the device.

I contacted their support team & they told me the missing foam & the unknown substance won't impact performance and aren't needed & they offered me $10 compensation.

So they have essentially sold me a second hand product for just a mere $10 off & the replacement base they gave me looks like it's been mistreated, hence why it was likely a refurb unit.

Since I'm a first time customer, I think this was a really poor experience.
I won't be recommending SpiderFarmer and their products.

If the replacement base was new, or at least on par with a brand new one, then fine.. I would have assumed I just was unlucky to have a faulty base.
But this is beyond just a faulty base now.

They ripped me off & the customer service is quite poor considering.
Why wouldn't you want repeat customers?

Warranty support

I purchased 2 sp-4000 lights in May of 2023 . I ran the lights for 1 full cycle from Oct. 2023 to mid April 2024 approx. 2800 hrs. Then I started my next cycle Oct. 2024 and in the beginning of Dec. 2024 1 of the lights stopped functioning it took some time to get the correct dept. but when I did they were very accommodating me by sending a new power supply when I installed it my problem was solved .It some time but Spiderfarmer supported my claim and at this point I would recommend them to other consumers .

6mo old light bad,with no replacement

After 6 months the light goes out/flickers on and off. Emailed them 2/21 still don't have replacement parts on 3/3. I will never again buy from spider farmer because this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This timeframe has ruined my plants. 2 months of work down the drain. Spider farmer CS does not care.

It's really a shame Spiderfarmer get…

It's really a shame Spiderfarmer get all these bad reviews. After first ordering I thought I hadn't received any confirmation and seeing all these bad reviews worried me. I sent a slightly rude email to them which they responded to quickly and professionally. If I sent them an email I always had a response within 24hrs. Turns out the confirmation among other things had gone to my junk box.
My tent arrived pretty quickly and it was much cheaper to get it direct from them then through another place. It's pretty new so obviously I can't speak for its longevity just yet but it seems perfect for what I want(I'm hesitant to use the viewing patch much as I could imagine the Velcro getting worn over time). 4x4 btw.
Also 1 bar was damaged(still workable after a hammering) by my postal service and SF offered a partial refund which I declined so they are sending me out the piece that was damaged once it is back in stock(I will update this review if it does/does not arrive).
Great customer service and I love my tent so far but it is early days tbf.

rubbish

rubbish! everything is just flimsy and makes you want to rage at 2025 quality SOOO MUCH!
There are systems put together that make no sense.. I litterly look at the tent and think like... wow.. I can probably design a better tent in 15min or they are safe on material which makes their design useless.... the only thing that works right is the lights and they didn't make them.. they only put their stickers on them... humidifier metal coating inside came off after 2 months and never read the right RH... I will stay far away from any product they sell in future. I HATE THEM SO MUCH.. they wasted my time and more money just so they could make a few more bux they made my whole start of growing indoors a horror.. all I needed was working stuff that didn't need to be adjusted and checked constantly (and I mean by checking.. if the thing even still works...)

FRADULENT COMPANY

I placed an order a week ago. I was looking up potential timeframe to see when it would be shipped and the site claims the orders go out in saw this, "We arrange shipment within one business day after you place your order".
My order is still "processing". I sent a message this afternoon and of course have heard NOTHING.
Also worth noting is that they claim 24/7 customer service but there's no phone number or live chat. The two phone numbers I found do NOT work.

I'll be calling my cc tomorrow if this isn't resolved. I wasted a whole lotta time researching this last week only to end up ordering from a fraudulent company.

SpiderFarmer is a shady business. Ordered online, never got an email receipt or any shipping updates/info. Then,both the humidifiers malfunctioned , tripped off and i asked for refund. They refuse to furnish me a shipping location/address to send it back. They will NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. Waited for weeks and now it's out of their 30 dsay lame ass warranty. It's all junk.
