This company have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They advertise a product "in stock" and 7 day shipping. All lies. Happy to take your money yet they have little desire to for fill or honour their word.
Such a shame as now I will have to look for a Reputable company to assist in my industrial grow needs.

I had ordered my 2nd grow tent kit but this one came with a bad GGS controller straight out of the box. I emailed customer support and they replied fast and after showing the product malfunction they sent me a brand new one in the mail within a few days. Very satisfied

I’ve been using the Spider Farmer SF2000 Pro EVO for a while and was very satisfied with the light performance — until I recently encountered a technical issue. The lamp started flashing occasionally and the light output had clearly dropped.
I contacted their customer service, and they responded very quickly. They guided me through the troubleshooting process, were patient and professional, and sent me a replacement power supply after confirming the issue.
The part arrived safely, I installed it myself (not without a bit of effort on my side!), and everything is working perfectly again.
Very satisfied with the support and the product.

Customer support was just great. I had some question and also some modifications which I would have liked to be applied and CS has guided me through the whole ordering process. Replies were correct and fast. Everything was shipped very fast and the quality is very good. For such price I dont think any other company can offer that quality. I am using the grow tent complete package for over 2 weeks now and it works exactly as promised! Everything also matches together perfect.

They sold me a product that does not work.
I purchased g3000 light and uv light. They are suppose to clip in but they don’t fit.
They told me to suspend a wire from the ceiling which is ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience with Spider Farmer.
I placed an order (Order #218720) after paying the full amount at checkout, including shipping. Nowhere during the checkout process was it mentioned that I’d be required to pay additional shipping fees and costs afterward.
After payment, I was told I had to pay an extra $45, on top of the $100 I already paid, or provide a U.S. shipping address (which I don’t have). When I refused to pay more, they offered a refund but refused to refund to my PayPal account, even though their own website clearly states under the refund section that refunds can be sent to a PayPal account if a shipping receipt is provided.
Despite pointing this out and providing my PayPal link, they insisted they can only refund to the original payment method, ignoring their own stated policy. They have been slow, dismissive, and evasive throughout.
This company needs to be more transparent about shipping costs before checkout and should honor the refund options outlined in their policy. I will not be buying from Spider Farmer again and do not recommend them based on my experience.

Ive tried other brands, but none compare to Spiderfarmers!!! After trouble with other brands, I switch to Spider Farmer and is 100% satisfied. The Tent, light, inline fan, fans, the wifi temp controller, and For REASONABLE prices and financing... I had a small issue with a fan, with proof, they sent a new one, 100% Hassle Free. I respect any brand that Stand Behind their product.

Reported problem with SF-4000 unit that was 16 months old. After verifying my problem with a quick video I sent them $20.00 and they shipped me a complete LED driver. Installation was simple however you do need a soldering iron and extra solder.
Entire turn around was less than 2 weeks including shipping. Email communication was timely and concise.
The best service I have gotten from any China based company.

I had a really good experience with spider farm support. My light was over two years old and was a gift from a friend. It stopped working and they were great with helping me get the parts to get it going again. They didn't even have to help me at all being the light was old and i wasn't the person who bought it. Good to see some companies treating its users so well.

Spider Farmer does not appear interested in honoring its product 5 year warranty.
My SF600 AC adapter failed.
Spider Farmer sold me a 46VDC AC adapter to replace the original 36VDC AC adapter.
It's the only AC adapter Spider Farmer has to offer.
Spider Farmer will not send me return authorization to send back the incorrect/deficient AC adapter.
In place of its 5 year warranty, Spider Farmer wants me to give them my still working SF600 LED light and buy a new one at a discounted price.
I like my SF300 and SF600 grow lights, but because of Spider Farmer's awful disregard for its own warranty and reputation, and its disrespect for its customers, I would warn off potential customers.

I’ve built my current grow setup entirely around the Spider Farmer GGS ecosystem, including the Grow Light Controller, AC10 kit, SensorPro, clipfans, inline fan, and ultrasonic humidifier. Below is a breakdown of each component, followed by an overall verdict.

👍 Most features work very well.
Intuitive interface, stable operation, and excellent compatibility with other GGS devices.
👎 Major downside:
• The data graphs show regular gaps, which makes tracking environmental trends unreliable.
• This suggests data is stored remotely (on SF servers?) rather than locally.
• More importantly, you can’t trigger the AC10 outlets based on sensor data (e.g., turn on outlet 1 when soil moisture is low).
➡️ Verdict: Solid controller with great potential, but the automation logic needs to be opened up.

👍 Good build, basic scheduling works.
👎 Big letdown:

• No option for multiple sensor inputs (e.g., top + bottom canopy).
➡️ Verdict: Excellent hardware, limited by a closed single-sensor system.

👎 Unfortunately the weakest link.
• Claimed 450ml/hr output is not achieved in practice – totally insufficient for a 240x120x200 tent.
• Spider Farmer’s advice: “turn off your lights and fans to let it work properly”… Seriously?
• No real GGS control, just a humidity target. No on/off toggle, no automation logic.
• Annoying beep on power-up (normal, according to SF).
• Inconsistent startup via AC10 (power is on, humidifier doesn’t activate).
• Build quality issues:
• Lid doesn’t seal well if the hose has even a slight pull – and no locking mechanism.
• Recommended to fill through the lid because lifting the tank causes rubber gasket leaks.
• So-called “stainless” hose clamp rusted within days.
• Supplied hose arrived with permanent kinks, unusable without replacement.
➡️ Verdict: Poorly executed. Not suitable for medium to large tents. Way too many flaws for the price.

I want to love this system. The GGS ecosystem shows real promise, and some components (like the SensorPro and clipfans) are genuinely excellent. If Spider Farmer (@SpiderFarmerLED) can:
• Open up real automation logic (sensor → action),
• Improve consistency and integration,
• And step up quality control (especially on things like the humidifier),
…then this could be the go-to plug-and-play smart grow setup for home growers. Until then, it’s an interesting ecosystem – but one that requires patience, workarounds, and lowered expectations.

Terrible company even worse costumer survice
I ordered, They send me 5 different packages all coming on another day. 2 of them were send to the neighbours but neighbours didnt received anything. They have been repeating themselfs not being helpful and making a fool out of me making false promises for over 6 months.
In there every email it says
“ Greetings from Spider Farmer!
We are very sorry for the long wait and we truly understand how you feel.Due to the high value of the lost products and the fact that two items were not received, the processing will take a bit longer. We will expedite the progress and urge the carrier to verify the situation as soon as possible. We will contact you immediately once we have results.

This is every mail i get back from them, for over 6 months. The carrier wont let me investigate on my own, needs the sender but they are to lazy to help a costumer, they wont even start up the investigation ! They are just like you lose 2000 euro’s we dont care
So i am now filing a complaint with my creditcard and trying to get the refund for the entire order.
Dont ever order from these frauds !!!!
