Worse customer service! and instead of listeing to the customers claim on their defective case, they are sure that it is due to wear and tear. This will be my last time I pay premuim money for a trerrible customer service.

I bought a case the case was way to easy to get it of the phone and it is not good in protecting your phone so please dont buy a case here and the worst part is is that a wrote a bad review and the deleted the review the only let you see the 5 star reviews so dont buy anything here

Worst customer support ever dealt with , it's been more than 40 working days and i still didnt get my products.I email them every day and no one replies my emails. Worst company ever !

Neoflex Optical film for Samsung S22 Ultra not sticking at edges no matter how hard you try after following instructions. Over priced, cheap bit of plastic, seen cheaper products that are much better. Do not buy this rubbish.

I have ordered a watch bracelet on spigen.pl site. It was never delivered to us (tracking said that the provided address is wrong). After contacting support, I have been told that they are waiting for the package to return to them and that they will send it to us one more time. After that they blocked me on email or deleted their email address.

I'm new to Spigen and I'm sticking around if the quality doesn't drop. Really pleased with my phone case (pixel 7 liquid air) pleasantly surprised with the lack of bulk, snugness, grip and style. Thank you!

Ok i change back my review. Just got a reply email from them and they update the new tracking number and now i can track where is my item. Thanks spigen although a bit slow on the update. Got me worried there.

I did purchase two airpods pro case and after few months of use, both got ripped, when I wrote a review on their page and amazon, they did remove it asap.
Customer service is really bad. So be aware.

Dropped my phone from less than a foot off the ground and the entire back of the phone is shattered.

I bought a couple of their cases over the years. Always had a good experience with them.

Wish zero stars was an option, I purchased a gearlock from Spigen and it snapped on my second ride using it due to a small pothole smashing my phone screen in the process.

I contacted Spigen and provided the invoice and other information they requested but the just ignored my emails until I left a bad review then they were quick to respond.

I would avoid Spigen the quality has went down massively over the years and their customer service skills don't exist.

Spigen tried to have my review removed claiming it wasn't real and instead of replacing the faulty mount offered me a free phone case absolutely no common sense or customer support, clearly the quality has been reduced to pocket more profit

I paid a premium for a "quality". After a few months the back of the
phone has shattered underneath the case and the front has also broken underneath the screen protector. No damage to either the case or screen protector as I was simply climbing a ladder however the whole thing is smashed and the oled display is busted.

When notified that my phone had broken underneath their 5 star protection, they gave me blanket statements and palmed me off.

I'll never buy again and I urge you to do the same before you're in my situation.

I purchase an cover case for my apple EarPods pro from amazon spigen is the seller the case lip became fault and wasn’t closing didn’t realise until the right ear of EarPods pro have fallen out and now is lost, can’t contact amazon they said I should email spigen they said I can get my refund on the case but can’t do nothing about my lost earphones which is rubbish cause it’s there defective case as to why I have lost my EarPods so I’m waiting to hear back again because they need to take responsible for the my lost earphone

Used Spigen screen protectors and cases for a few years now. They always fit and protect the phones so well I end up with a mobile with no marks at the end of the contracts, perfect for an easy upgrade !

Bought screen protector for iPhone 12 mini. Held phone between teeth while doing up coat. I felt edge give way & when I looked at phone screen saver had cracked.

It is meant to be drop proof. I have no confidence product will protect my screen after this. Only been on phone a week. Correctly fitted.

I bought spigen screen protector, because of the lack of the reviews i trusted their products, but it came of my s10 plus screen after one day, really bad quality, even the touch feeling is bad since the material is gum like, not recommended. The worst part is that they filter reviews on their site, so untrustworthy.

Shocking, when you have an issue they don't respond, they go quiet on Instagram when you say there's an issue. Phone case had brittle plastic that broke soon after purchase. Avoid

I bought a case for my iPhone 12 pro max ,one month after the case became yellow i just don’t understand how they sell this terrible products for that costs of money also they lack transparency all the reviews on their official website are fake because you can’t post a bad review they will delete it immediately and keep the good ones !!
