Avoid to deal with these crooks, they are sending out 20% discount coupons every day,
just so they can get hold of more money, they have no intention of sending anything.
Somebody who lives in England, should report them to the police.

four Orders outstanding , the earliest February 2016. Some of items shown as shipping in24 hours. Not to ME! Have asked for refund several times, none offered

Have four of five orders still processing, one going back to November last year. All items are still listed on their site a shipping in 24 hours, even limited edition titles. All issues are with what were pre orders. They do not reply to emails and contact via their site. Avoid at all costs. Common thieves or incompetent.

Totally agree with the reviews on here. Have written off my £60+ pounds but would never use again. I loath Amazon, but you do get what you ordered and updates on delivery etc. Cannot afford to lose money like this. It does seem like theft to me.

Update December 20 2018 website has gone down, so I suspect they have gone-as has our money!

Ordered in August and still no sign of my records. They never reply to emails,phone calls etc.....just took my money and ran. They need to be shut down!! Plain and simple thieves 😠😠😠😠

Ordered a box set and paid for it in August. They don't reply to emails, twitter, facebook, this company is a scam....took my money and no sign of my box set!

Believe all the bad reviews; Spincd are absolutely atrocious. They rarely send items on time and their response to queries is poor. I really do not know how they sre still in business.

Box set turned up . They get there in the end and are v competitive .. up graded from 1 to 3 stars

I think i have ca 500 pounds of Grateful dead cds that i have ordered. The latest is about one year from now. I send them mail by mail begging them but no answer. I don´t know what to do. I want those cds so much .

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I parted with £169.

DO NOT USE they take your money make out they have shipped and then delay refund. As other reviewers, I ordered, they took money straight away, order said processing for a while so called them, said order was not in but will be in next couple of days, 2 days later account says shipped. No item week later, said warehouse problem would resend. Still no item. 3 weeks later asked for refund. Said ok would take 3-4 days 2 weeks later finally received refund after countless phone calls and emails. They never reply to the contact us page on their website so had to google to find an email address. Items are only apparently sent by Royal Mail they don't use tracking. Apalling service and company.

Do not use them under any circumstances.
I ordered the Neil Young boxsets in April at which time they took my money.
The release date was delayed but they are out now.
I have sent six emails and no response - number permanently engaged.
I am now getting my credit card company involved.

Used for some while but since end of last year have been terrible. Have pre ordered many items, card charged but then wait months while order "processing". Only ONE order has been delivered out of many. Have been told "batch in next week"then nothing. Recent requests for refund have been ignored so draw your own conclusions from that. Am pursuing a Section 75 claim with credit card (yes one item was over £100 more fool me, had saved for a while too) and several Chargeback claims. Go to MoneySavingExpert for details.
On a separate note do Spin Cds realise the damage they have done the confidence we have in beleaguered independent music shops? I for one am now very wary.

As previous reviewers have suggested; thieves? scammers? I have tried calling but phone permanently engaged, no response to emails which suggests that the business going down the toilet. They have nothing in stock even if they say they do on the site. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH ARESOLES

Sorry to say, they take your money and provide nothing, after a month asked them to cancel order and refund, nothing ... Bank & police now informed. I can only assume they will go bust soon taking everyone's money with them. Please do not think about trading with them, you can see by the negative reviews whats going on. It's a company about to go bust. I wish i has seen reviews earlier ...!

After a horrendous time ordering a boxset in early 2016, I vowed never to use Spin again but, as you do, everyone deserves a second chance.
In March 2017, I ordered a current vinyl issue advertised as available on their site and paid my £ 24.95 upfront. Two months and various chaser emails (some unanswered) and phone call later, I was told that the release date was not until the end of July.
I politely reminded them that what I ordered was the current Pure Pleasure Audiophile vinyl as advertised by them and not the proposed Rhino July reissue. I then decided to cancel the order as I had found an alternative but more expensive source. I had no response and the order continued to show as 'Processing'. After 5 cancellation requests, I phoned again and was told that Accounts was the 'hold-up'. The order then changed to 'Withheld' but it was not until about a month later in July that I finally received my refund.
Whilst I continue to receive their emails to keep me updated on releases, I will never ever use this shower of incompetents again.

I preordered a CD boxset in April 2017 which was due to be released at the end of May, cost £99.99. The release date came and went and nothing arrived. After 2 weeks I contacted the company to ask when it might be delivered as my order status still said 'processing'. There wasn't any reply. I re-ordered the boxset from a different retailer and it was delivered the next working day, so I contacted Spin again to ask them to cancel and refund the order. I got a short and curt reply 4 days later saying they would cancel and refund and it would take 3-4 days to be processed.

I realised at the end of June that I still hadn't received the refund. Contacted Spin again by email and didn't get any reply. I don't have the time, or really, the energy to chase with emails and phone calls so I called my bank instead and they are now pursuing it and will hopefully refund me and charge it back from this all round useless retailer.

I had ordered from them previously (albeit quite a while ago) so I didn't think to look for reviews before ordering this time. A costly mistake. It's a shame as retailers like this give independents a bad name. I don't know if their deliberately not fulfilling orders or if they're just incompetent, whichever it is, don't waste your time and money ordering from them.

Simply fraudsters! The DVD I have bought were never shipped - order status is "processing" since 2 months. No answers to e-mails or any other response. But credit card was charged prompt, of course... Think I will never get back my money.

Pre ordered back in November, in the end they had £60 of my money, no response to my emails and hardly ever got through on phone. Promised refunds but never came. They used to be quite good but now are total crap. In the end I had to get my money back through my Mastercard. Avoid them at all costs. Absolute cowboys.

I ordered a Cd in October 2016 - it came no problems.
I ordered a couple more the order was partially filled.
Then I ordered six more on pre-release.
Waited till they should have been released then chased up .
Did receive one e-mail in reply to 6 or so - sorry 2 in stock rest on way.
Since I have cancelled all the orders and asked for a refund - again one reply to all my emails - was I sure I wanted to cancel?
No Cds No Refund

Ordered four picture discs in October, said they only had two in stock so would wait until the other two came in. After a month I still hadn't received them, and when someone finally got back to me was told they didn't know how long before they came back into stock, but if I wanted they would send 2 out and the other 2 later. Now may and still waiting. No reply to emails or phone . Don't order from these cowboys.
