After carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that the bag underwent our standard quality inspection before shipment and no such damage was present. Had this imperfection existed at the time of dispatch, the item would not have passed our quality control.
Based on the photos provided, the mark does not appear to be a manufacturing or structural defect, but rather damage consistent with occurring after delivery and use of the bag.
We also noted that the security tag had already been removed. As stated in our Return Policy, removing the security tag constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition received. The security tag is an essential guarantee for both our customers and our boutique: it certifies that the product has successfully passed our quality checks before dispatch and, in the event of a return, confirms that the item has remained in the same condition as when it was delivered.
For these reasons, we were unfortunately unable to approve the requested return or refund.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and remain available should you wish to discuss the matter further with our Customer Care team.
