Excellent service when we came to purchase caravan but on collection there were some things that hadn't been completed. Alde heating fluid was just being changed, and also as we came to leave the motor mover was not working. We had to wait for quite awhile so someone could sort it. Credit due it was repaired, perhaps could make sure that these things are checked for other buyers. Brian Shanley excellent Sales manager but all staff were always polite etc to us. Given that we had travelled 2 hours down the motorway and still had same journey back.

Bought a bailey autograph motorhome September, great place to look around for motorhome/caravan, Mark was great to deal with and the handover after was amazing by the gentleman, he new his stuff, fantastic job.

Everyone at Spinney Warwickshire was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first ever caravan purchase and Richard Bulmer answered all my questions without giving me the hard sell. I then had Alun Rumney did my handover and answered even more of my questions! They also arranged for my caravan to be taken to my site and I am absolutely loving my new caravan. I can’t rate Spinney highly enough.

Our welcome when we arrived at the business each time was polite and courteous. We were treated with respect. Your salesman, Colin, was extremely knowledgeable about the caravan we were looking at and was clear about everything involved. When we went to collect the caravan, he greeted us by name.
The handover, dealt with by Dave, was excellent as he explained everything to us clearly and in detail. He spoke to both my wife and myself, rather than just me and treated us as equals. It was the longest handover we have ever had for any of the caravans we have purchased from Spinney and White Arches in the last 10 years.
The young lady on Service Reception was also polite and friendly, as were the ladies in the cafeteria.

Great range of motorhomes. Mark helped us pick the best one to suit our needs and our budget. Easy process throughout. We can’t wait to start our adventures!

This is the 3rd purchase from Spinney . We had great service this time from Andrew, nothing was too much trouble. I rang several times to find out information and Andrew always called me back. This sale went smoothly, which is always worrying when you are spending a lot of money, the whole experience was great. The rest of the staff were always polite and friendly, the hand over was fantastic . Initial experience at Spinney was very good made to feel welcome looking around the fantastic Motorhomes and caravans on sale.
Sales people are not at all pushy they let you explore the vehicles and are very knowledgeable if you need information or advice.
In our case we had been to Spinney on a couple of occasions and had been watching their website,when we came across a Motorhome we thought was ideal for us.
Brian Shanley was the salesman we dealt with who was able to answer all questions and also gave us some good ideas too,
We did a deal on the Motorhome which we were very pleased with and over the next couple of weeks Brian was also helpful getting the Motorhome serviced and sorting out having my tracker fitted all pretty seamless really.
Handover day came Gary knight was showing us around the Motorhome ,covered everything you would need to know made sure everything was perfect.
Overall my whole experience of Spinney was excellent.

Good to be left to peruse and look at stock. Ray at Flintshire was great and very experienced. Was a smooth and easy purchase complimented with a 12 month warranty. Would have been 5 stars but there was hardly any staff which made it difficult when trying to discuss anything, impossible to speak to sales when phoning and shame they missed cleaning the awning. Scott who does the online adverts did help out and answered what he could! Saying that I’m very happy with my new motorhome and would recommend Spinney.

The sales representative Connor, was helpful [not pushy] and answered all our questions - and we were able to collect the caravan when we were ready to do so. Small teething issues have been resolved quite quickly.

I would like to thank brian stanley(sales executive)for selling me a motorhome. Its brilliant and just what i needed..and also alan rumney for doing a handover and explaining everything to me on how everything works in motorhome..would recomend them to all family and friends..excellent service and very polite and helpful..thankyou very much...

Handover was good, but not cleaned properly inside. Still waiting for repair of shower door ... this is now resolved, thank you (Allan) for your support and advice :)

The hand over was extremely detailed and ensured we were happy with everything. The sale side of the transaction wasn't pressured in anyway ,very efficient and they even pushed our pick up through intime for the bank holiday so that we could take our children away before the school holidays finished. We need to take our van back for a few things to be sorted , but nothing is too much trouble. We have bought our last 3 caravans from here , the staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend their services

Warwickshire Spinney an absolute delight to deal with. Gary’s handover was faultless, clear explanation of everything, friendly and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. Alan who dealt with the sale is also fantastic. Again always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were delayed in the purchase going through because of my ill health and they accommodated us all the way through. This is the 3rd caravan purchase from Spinney Warwickshire and I will not use anyone else. Previously we purchased from another caravan dealer and it just made us realise how great Spinney are and have always been. Thank you for everything can’t wait to get pitched up and spend our first night away in our new baby!!
