From the moment we entered the showroom at Spinney in Rushton we were greeted by a friendly polite Sales Executive named Connor who made us feel very welcome and at ease, unfortunately the Caravan we had gone to view had been sold that morning, so Connor suggested a walk around the yard talking about the various models, he was very knowledgeable but his passion was definitely a Swift, a beautiful Caravan there was absolutely nothing he didn't know about this make his enthusiasm was infectious and we decided it was just what we were looking for Connor saw us through the purchase with ease, constant communication with attention to every detail to completion and even came to wave us off as we drove off the forecourt, also shout out to Dave who did the handover which takes two hours also very pleasant and knowledgeable explains the workings of every aspect of the Caravan inside and out..all in all from start to finish the service with Spinney in Rushton has been an absolute delight and I would definitely recommend this showroom and its wonderful staff.

We purchased our Swift Conqueror 630 from Spinney in Northamptonshire and our whole experience from looking around, speaking to James about purchasing the caravan and the after sales. Big shout out to Sue, she is lovely and so friendly. We had a few issues with our caravan as to be expected for a 2nd hand van, Sue was always so helpful and every issue we had has always been rectified. Spinney offer 12mths warranty which is really rare, and everything we needed looking at or replacing was covered and with no issue. We cannot recommend Spinney in Northamptonshire enough. They are absolutely great and have a brilliant range of stock.

The selection of caravans was really good & the sales person was very helpful, not pushy.From putting the deposit down to driving away with our new caravan was smooth, easy & stress free! The handover was so helpful - the guy knew everything!

I bought a caravan from Spinney Northampton a few weeks ago. Being a caravan newby, i experience some teething problems. I contacted the dealership at short notice whilst travelling home. First of all what an excellent company to deal with. Joe our sales person was so kind, respectfully and helpful. Everything he told us about was the truth. Nothing was to much trouble for him. And then it came to the hand over. When we purchased a caravan from Glossop caravan. There was no hand over or anything. Totally different with spinneys. Jason did our handover. Wow it was amazing he shown us everything working. Explain everything in great deal for my partner there was no rushing us and he was a real gentleman. I can honestly say Joe and Jason are a real credit to spinneys I will never go anywhere else to purchase caravan or motorhome. Just had my Bailey Endeavour habitation check undertaken. Staff in reception and Lee the techinician were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Not cheap, but very good value and customer experience compared with other places I have been.

Having given a poor rating to this company after a disappointing used Motorhome test drive & presentation. I can honestly say that the service following the purchase has been First Class .The handover was the best that I have experienced over 50yrs of Motorhoming. After highlighting some initial problems on the vehicle the service that I have received has been excellent from Director Level to the Service Dept personal who were most welcoming and knowledgeable aalso the Service Technicians who rectified the faults experienced on this used Motorhome.
I am now a very satisfied customer

Brian helped us out when we were stuck with a van we couldn’t live with and made sure the next van we bought was road worthy and fit for purpose,all the jobs we needed doing were done and we were very happy with the van when it arrived ,we also found Gary the delivery driver really helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,also the reception staff who man the phones were friendly and helpfull.we would not think twice about recommending the Warwick branch of Spinneys to our friends and would definitely go back again in the future

Great service, can do attitude from everyone we dealt with and would have liked to mention them all by name but there was lots going on.

Our experience at Spinney was 1st class from start to finish. Joe in sales was superb, explaining the caravan and supporting us through the buying process (our first van). On collection day, Jason took us through every part of the van and explained how each part worked and ensured we understood. I would not hesitate to recommend Spinney.

Excellent service when we came to purchase caravan but on collection there were some things that hadn't been completed. Alde heating fluid was just being changed, and also as we came to leave the motor mover was not working. We had to wait for quite awhile so someone could sort it. Credit due it was repaired, perhaps could make sure that these things are checked for other buyers. Brian Shanley excellent Sales manager but all staff were always polite etc to us. Given that we had travelled 2 hours down the motorway and still had same journey back.

Bought a bailey autograph motorhome September, great place to look around for motorhome/caravan, Mark was great to deal with and the handover after was amazing by the gentleman, he new his stuff, fantastic job.

Everyone at Spinney Warwickshire was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first ever caravan purchase and Richard Bulmer answered all my questions without giving me the hard sell. I then had Alun Rumney did my handover and answered even more of my questions! They also arranged for my caravan to be taken to my site and I am absolutely loving my new caravan. I can’t rate Spinney highly enough.
