I think I'm going blind because of their website. 70 % of the main page is the text. It is very uncomfortable for the page perception and my first impression was ambiguous. I started to play, although the interface upset me. There are no winnings at all, I lost all deposited money.

Could be this week, many as request payout and there money is tie as many bad comment prevent NEW players to join in and deposit, YOUR WITHDRAW...
Many Jackpot at once and there wallet could get empty,so they wait to get new incoming.
Many are very bad dealing with that I presume.

Spinpalce is a scam I put in 720$ and won 3000$ so went to withdraw the money the next day I went to sign back in it wouldn’t let me sign in so I contact live chat they told me my account had been closed due to per management discretion

The people owning this online casino should be charged with stealing and ripping off people. I've played here for a few years but since covid hit the casino hasn't. It's ripping off people left and right and are NOT following gaming rules of payout ratios.

Spin Palace has an Australian website claiming real life croupiers.Talking with their online assistance is an exercise in futility . I was specifically informed that online croupiers were available ,However after some research I found out this is illegal in Australia . I then requested a refund or switch to sports betting on my initial deposit , they refused , even though I did not make any bets .Have made a complaint to ACMA , (Australian Communication and Media Association). I would advise anybody in OZ to do the same .

I have been playing with spin palace for about 3 years. They seemed to get withdrawals to me ok within 1 week. But now they are terrible. I think maybe they are having trouble. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a withdrawal. I have emailed and live chatted. They just keep saying they are busy. I have written off my withdrawal as it seems I will never get it. if i could give them a minus 5 star I would, those guys could not care less about their clients... they literally are crooked criminals... they will offer you a bonus, and the put you a 14k playthrough limit that you have to go through in order to be able to withdrawal any money at all, and of course that playthrough will not work on the game you wished to play on, they will also of course, shut the conversation down when you speak to them on the chat about any of it....

i deposited $25 into my spin palace and as i began playing a message popped up that read a general error has occurred. when i logged off and logged back in my money was gone. i had been robbed. i was told that i was to be contacted in 24 hours and i am still waiting for a response days later. i guess it is a normal thing to get robbed on these scam sites. spin palace you are a bunch of crooks

Over last ten years or just about I have spent well over 10k dollars on spinpalace without any wins sure I have won 100 or so here or there but nothing more than that. I honestly suggest finding a different online casino one that is more fair. They claim they have fair play no they dont. Rtp is return to player percentage with slot machines thunderstruck 2 has a 93 percent rtp average I asked customer support about it and they never even heard of it and this was after I was max betting for almost an hour straight with no wins even amounting to my bet amount.
