I absolutely loved the options I had in…

I absolutely loved the options I had in personally selecting my shirt and hoodie !!! I wanted to order a shirt for my younger children’s school but the mascot for Southside elementary of shelbyville tn was in correct and no way to upload the correct one .. other than that I loved what I got and how fast I received it !!!

Found what I was looking for, finally!

I searched all over trying to find some merch for Lane College. This isn't a huge university so finding gear was a challenge. I somehow stumbled across Spirit Shop and saw several items with the Lane College logo. I ordered a sweatshirt and it not only came very quickly, the quality is super as well! I highly recommend Spirit Shop for your college wear needs!

Awful Customer Service & Material Peeling

The clothing material is good even though it is a bit overpriced, but the customer service is horrible. I submitted an order, then I messaged customer support minutes after to ask if I could add one more item to my order because I forgot to add it to my cart. Nobody answered me, so after a second email I got a response saying they were unable to do so. I then asked them for a free shipping code and they said no and did not offer anything else.

Update: the letters on the hoodie are already peeling off and it just arrived.

SCAM

I ordered 2/12/25 and received a email stating my item was shipped on 2/14/25. I’ve checked every day multiple times a day and the tracking states it’s in “pre shipment” as in a tracking label has been made, but item has not made it to post office.
I’ve emailed SEVERAL times to the customer service and I get no reply other than “theyve received my ticket and will reply within 1 business day”

I will not be using their business again. I will be sticking with local businesses.

Spiritshop.com School Fundraiser SCAM

We used Spiritshop.com for a school fundraiser. Staff and parents supported the fundraiser. I would have said it was a huge success…except, the fundraiser has been over for months now. We have NEVER received our proceeds!!!! There’s no number to call and only the customer support email. The email that we received many responses from when setting up the fundraiser. Now, no response after months!!! They have the nerve to still have our shop open!!!! Watch out for this site!!!
**UPDATE** We have received communication from the company. I will update this review once all transactions are finalized. Better communication would have prevented this negative review.

No reply from the business after several emails

I purchased 4 items for Christmas and they came on time. The product was as advertised.

However, one of the shirts was too large and I emailed on Monday, 12/30/24 to request an exchange. Due to the holidays, I did not expect an immediate reply.

After no response by Friday, 1/3/24, I sent a follow up email. In this email, I stated that if an exchange was not possible, I would like a refund for the one shirt.

On Sunday, 1/5/24, I sent another follow up email, explaining that I will give honest reviews about their non existent customer service and contact my bank to get the charge reversed.

When you run a business, you should check and reply to your customer emails.

Spirit shop replied with the “we don’t take returns because they are custom items” This doesn’t have my name on it. It has the school name. My reply to their email:

So, because it’s custom printed, I have to guess and hope the size I pick is correct or else I have to suck it up and deal with an incorrect size? And if I choose wrong, I can get a discount on another item? No thanks. I think you just lost a customer who has 4 kids in sports and probably would have used you a lot more and recommended you to other people. Now, I won’t use you again and I will recommend others don’t use you.

Not the greatest business model.

Haven’t received since last month

I have emailed spiritshop because i ordered a hoodie from here with a gift card and it made a transaction, but no confirmation nor order receipt I am very concerned because me and my family tried to contact spirit shop and I guess they never responded back so since 12/19 I have not received my hoodie but it took money out the card

Please be aware when using a Visa or MC gift card, it's essential that you register a billing address when you activate the card. Our payment processor has fraud protections in place that verify billing addresses and if none is registered to the card, the card is declined. Decline amounts may show as pending on the card for a few days, but then will disappear.

The site wouldn't let my purchase go through and then charged me but everything is left in the cart. No confirmation no receipt. I sent an email and depending on the response I may change my rating.

Terrible quality blankets

I have ordered many times from Spirit Shop and I've always been satisfied until this order. I ordered a blanket and what arrived was a piece of printed on felt. I had ordered 3 blankets two years ago and they were very nice. The quality of the new "blanket" is so inferior it cannot even be considered a blanket. I contacted The Spirit Shop and they are unwilling to fix this. It is unfortunate, but I cannot shop or refer others to a company that does not care about their repeat customers or quality of their products.

One happy customer

I placed an order with several school spirit shirts for my family. The letter coloring on one of the shirts was peach instead of red. I contacted Spirit Shop and sent a photo of the defective item. They sent a replacement immediately. Thanks for the great service!
