The website is easy to use with things crying out to be bought and delivery was quick. But it was the little added touches that enhanced my shopping experience. There was a real sense of the personal touch - so rare these days. My item arrived carefully wrapped in tissue paper and with a handwritten note.

Ordered the sausage dog huggable as a bit of a joke for my nephew, who has a sausage dog he dotes on at home in Australia. He’s coming to the UK for a couple of months over winter, so it’s to help keep him warm at night, hopefully stop him missing Dixie too much and make him laugh!🤣

The parcel was stolen and they put all the blame on me they have taken my money and I still not got anything but bul hit of the owner it should be the courier and there relationship that should be resolveing it not me I didn’t put it next to a bin next to a school and fitness centre I also didn’t put to my parcel anywhere as this can happen you have asked m about 8 mail s to claim and I sent you what I could I can not get a police report
