Poor customer service!

Still waiting for order after 30 days. I have called a number of days 1 day someone answered and said they will call me back about my order but didnt. I emailed, no response. I drove to the shop and they said they dont have it and will call me tomorrow but they didn't. Just a joke, if i didnt need the item for my daughters school i'd give up.

Customer Service non-existent

Ordered some kit through their Refs HQ site. Credit card debited immediately. Took 6 days to even process the order, confirmed by their online tracking system. Since then - nothing. In excess of 3 weeks without delivery.

They do not response to e-mails. Their phone rings out and is never answered. I have been forced to place the transaction in dispute with my credit card company in order to get this company to response.

Excellent service from sporting touch

Excellent service from sporting touch, in particular Tom who has dealt with my orders. From start to finish all of my orders were ready to collect after 2 and a half weeks which a lot faster than I thought they would be. Very helpful and quick replies to emails throughout the process.
Excellent service and will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Nothing but excellent service & quality

I’ve ordered from Sporting Touch for over 9 years now.. 1st football kits for my sons team, personal presents & now I order all our work wear through them. Quality & price is second to none and quick service. Over the years there has been an occasional hiccup but all dealt with quickly & professionally by Mark & the team. I really can’t fault the customer service & will continue to use Sporting as our supplier.

I have used sporting touch for a number…

I have used sporting touch for a number of years and can honestly say they have been brilliant.
This year I went to the owner and said I need kits within 4 weeks for my recent purchase of a mens football club and they were ready for the start of the season fantastic and we will be continuing with sporting touch for the following year 👌

Absolute Joke of a company!!

Ordered my son's kit in July, Took until October to
fully arrive but was sent the wrong size coat in August! Have sent loads of emails, called several times and the phone rings out! I then posted on social media and guess what.... they got in touch!! I was promised a replacement the next day but as predicted, i am still waiting! They then email me to say it has all been sent, ignoring the call with the CEO if you can call him that! so i re sent all the emails with said CEO and still yet to receive a response. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i don't know how they get business! I'll be notifying all my football contacts to steer clear and use someone else.

Awful service

I have been waiting since the 24th August for my sons pe kit. It’s now the 9th of November. Wat the hell 😳. No one answers the phone. No reply to emails. My sons top came on the 14th September but no bottoms. Paid express delivery as he needs it for school. Disgusting

Is the company still trading ? Ordered a shirt and paid for on the 30th aug said 10-15 days . Still not received unable to contact by phone sent emails etc and no response stay well clear worst sports company I have dealt with and there has been a few

Placed an order on the 14th September…

Placed an order on the 14th September and still no delivery even though I paid for express delivery, tried to contact them by email and telephone with no success, looking at the latest comments it’s obvious this company doesn’t care about their customers… can’t even reply to an email other than an automated response. In a world of order on line they are years behind

Still waiting for my order to turn up. Paid for express delivery, still waiting a week later. I have e mailed customer services but no response as of yet. I wouldn’t mind but my boy needs his kit for upcoming games! Not impressed no idea if it’s even been despatched yet???

Can’t believe I’ve seen some bad…

Can’t believe I’ve seen some bad reviews on here. My experience was unreal with this company and the lads were so helpful as I ordered a jacket which didn’t fit ( my fault ) they accepted returning the jacket even though it had the Fa badge on it and sent me a new one! Super quick and super friendly which they didn’t need to do that as it was my fault ordering the wrong size!!

Excellent and helpful personal service

I needed to order a few hi-viz jackets with a printed logo for the community group with which I am associated. Mark Bradbury went out of his way to be helpful and guide me through the ordering process (special product not covered by the website ordering system). The product was exactly what I needed with an excellent turnaround time and prompt dispatch.

Poor customer service around refund

My teenage son ordered and paid for himself, a referees top. It arrived promptly but was unfortunately damaged. He contacted the company who asked us to return the product, but as there was no pre paid label to do this I contacted them and was assured that I would be refunded the postage. We duly sent the shirt back and received a refund for the shirt, but not for the postage. I have contacted the company by both e-mail and telephone, but still no refund.

* Since I posted my original review Sporting Touch have been in touch and I now have my refund. Mark was extremely apologetic. He was very helpful.

Once again we do apologise for the faulty garment, this is very unusual and not a regular occurrence.

With regards to the postage refund, we had been in touch with your son on 1/7, as his e-mail was on the order and had explained that we cannot refund above the original transaction amount as the card processing company don't let us, so had requested further information to be able to send the postage fee to you via a different method.

In response to the Google review left Yesterday I forwarded that e-mail again and have still had no response so that we can get this resolved quickly, we have no intention of leaving you with the return postage charge for something that was not your fault and would never expect you to.

I am terribly sorry that you are disappointed with your shopping experience with us, we have tried to rectify the issue at each opportunity as swiftly as possible.

I await a response to the two e-mails we have sent.
