10 days after ordering... and still not delivered!
I ordered the product on 1 December. Today is 10 December and the product has not been delivered yet (DHL). The expected delivery was 3 days. I had to change my all plans because I needed the device for travel plans. Very disappointing customer experience!

long time customer but huge disappointment now
This is the first time I write a review and - unfortunately - it will be a very negative one. I was the customer of this webshop since 2017 and spent several thousands of euros to this date. Yet my last order placed on August 3rd, 2022, worth of more than 900 EUR is still not even dispatched. Except for request to sign a disclaimer for mounting the ski bindings (which I completed and returned promptly within the same day) no communication from the seller. When I checked after two weeks allowing some reasonable time for mounting service, the answer was very vague. What is worse, I never got any update since then. They don't even bothered answering my last request that I've sent after almost 3 weeks from placing the order and not having it processed (not talking about delivery !). For whatever reason this is a shocking ignorance and it doesn't seem to be over yet.

Would have given a 5 star review if the the first ordered ski jacket was not 3 weeks in transit and more substantial inner padding, but had to send back and got a refund in 2 days which was excellent.Took a gamble and ordered a better more substantial jacket 3 months later and my birthday came early.Beautiful ski jacket
