Superfast shipping, perfect item. Highly recommended!

My ORDER #500050298 shows as successful but I didn't receive the goods! The tracking says the package was damaged in the way to my address but I got nothing and nobody responds to my messages (I sent two emails to the support). It's been more than 10 days and nobody answer me.

I Wrote the adress wrong due to an automical Form.
They handelt it really weil and changed the adress.

Very good and reliable shop with often inexpensive prices and fast delivery to Germany.
We order there for years now and were always very satisfied.

Product quality, style and price are great.
Shipping was quite bad, packaging was open, hopefully product was ok.

I ordered first time with them, unfortunately the item has to be returned due to size fit, the return was easy and the refund made promptly. for the first time it was a nice experience. It would be nice to have an express DHL delivery option.

very fast communication, good offer and very fast service with very fast shipping.
23/01/2023 I want to purchase a new bike again, very happy after the last service.
Very slow communication 2/3days between emails
very rude answers with no help just like talking to a robot.
After 1week trying I will give up because I want to buy a bike because I need to do some local races after selling my last bike.
Going to buy another store with customer service.
Very Sad after some amazon service going to ...zero

I ordered last Jan. 2 monday, within two days I did not receive any email that they sent it. until I sent them an email and only then did they give me info whereabouts on my parcel but
they gave me a wrong info or link, I emailed them again because there was no changes in the movement of my parcel until they send me a new email and said they made a mistake with the link and they gave me a new link where I can track my parcel. That's when I saw it last jan.5 9:05pm the last update of my parcel and until now there has been no changes or new updates. all my son plans for our ride have been changed and it gives me anxiety that the bike will reach me hopefully without any damage .

Ordered Dec.30 early afternoon, item arrived Saturday 31st before 10am. Less than 24 hrs. guys you are grrrrrreat!
