This is a scam. Wanted £20 on subscribing. Avoid like the plague. No free messages. Everyone has to become a Premium member to either send or receive messages.

A complete scam!! They need to be taken down. I'm reporting them. Everything is a lie. HORRIBLE LITTLE PEOPLE.

I unfortunately should have reviewed this before joining, waste of money and barely anyone on it. Its a shame as the concept was really good - except the rip off price and forcing you to join in order to contact people. I wonder if there is a way to report this to trading standards

I'm so glad I came here before paying for a membership, I had a feeling something so not right as soon as I could not see any of these "messages" if they even exist, there are hardly anyone in the app. save yourself time and go on Meetup, its so much better and there are many group and individual meetups happening.

Scammers. Totally fake.

Very poor experience. No way to filter on your particular "sport" matches - essentially seems to be used as a really terrible dating site, which completely puts you off responding to messages; the chats are all vacant/pointless, no one talks to anyone and members are very thin on the ground. I won't be renewing...

Absolutely terrible. Claiming they haven't taken payment when they have. Hopeless customer service. Don't use this company

Basically a scam. As per other reviews they offer a monthly, cancel at any time, sibscription for £5.69. You'll receive a 'message' from a local match, which I suspect is fake. In order to view the match you have to sibscribe - lo and behold they then deduct £71 from your account without your knowledge. They also set up a recurring payment if you use paypal, and also a direct debit with your bank. Fortunately,I'm with the Halifax who refunded the full amount immediately and informed me of the unauthorised direct debit set up on my current account. Shame I didn't read the other reviews on Truspilot first... at least I got my money back.

Very few members ( five in my area ) and no one responded to my messages . I’m guessing they all left the platform long time ago and forgot to delete their profiles

So this is pretty much useless. You can't access the main feature unless you sign up but even then when you get matched, the other person does not respond as they probably left this platform long ago.

Awful, get you to sign up then everything else need membership, time waster

You get emails saying someone is interested. But when you pay a subscription so you message them you never get any replys. Don't waste your money. I won't be renewing my membership was a complete waste unfortunately.

Terrible customer service. Terrible platform. Would not recommend anyone to subscribe or even use it for what it matters. Highly ineffective, very useless platform, as the users are few and not responsive, and also terrible tool set, you can't even select which part of London. I am regretting profoundly to purchase anything with them. I asked for a refund 2 minutes after I subscribed as soon as I realised it was mistake. They replied saying that there is nothing that they could do. Whilst, I assume I subscribed, I can't believe a business doesn't have a grace period, to cancel the services. You are better with facebook and it is for free.

The concept is great but execution - no all and very few members is disappointing.
It's not worth paying for subscription as there are hardly any members. I contacted their Customer Support team asking for a refund on the basis of this - service can't be used as they don't have membership base and they were very unhelpful.

Finally opted to pay for a months membership. simply put no ones answers your messages do they actually exist?, I'm really regretting parting with my money

The site claims to have messages from people that want to play sport with you, but you can only read them if you pay for Premium membership. Having paid there are no messages from anyone, or any responses to messages. Looking at trust pilot (which I should have done first) many people have the same experience. I believe that a lot of the profiles may be fake and they claim to have people to play with just to make you buy Premium.

Additionally they claim you can cancel you subscription at any time. In reality you can "delete" your account and lose any access to anything, even though they take your "monthly" payment up front, so if you sign up for a year you lose over £70. I assume they take it up front as they know as soon as you realise it's a scam you'll want to cancel. Coincidentally, within hours of signing up I've been bombarded by emails from known scam employment companies, "SpellJob Alerts" , "Spark Recruitment Jobs", "ZollarTech Jobs", "24Recruitment", someone passed on my email address?

Other better free sites. Waste of time,I'm not going to be premium.

You can't do anything unless premium. Don't use this site, use open play, global tennis network. They don't force you to pay.
