Terrible casino. £50 at 0.20p a spin gone on their great "new" games in less than 10 minutes. No bonuses or features, just lots of teases to keep you playing. Absolutely disgusting. Should be laws against being able to steal money from people like that.

REPLY TO SPORTPESA - "All games are run from a RNG (Random Number Generator) system, in which the outcome of this is completely random" - No, random would mean me winning sometimes. Several deposits with your shoddy casino and I've yet to have a single win. How is random for the same result time and time again?

I'm changing my original 5 star review to 2 stars. I needed them to do a simple thing for me on my account and despite lots of support requests and backwards and forwards, It hasn't been resolved for me. New support staff have no idea what earlier support staff have promised etc etc etc. This company does pay fast which is a big plus but the recent odds are nothing more than average and support is lousy. I no longer recommend Sportpesa - if you encounter any issues it will take forever to get resolved

Poor. Signed up on a bonus deal, made a bit of cash - they then make it about as hard as humanly possible to withdraw your winnings. For starters you cannot enter your bank details to withdraw - it just won't let you. No guidance or assistance. So you contact the 'live chat' - after 20 minutes of being told that it was 'your browser' and using a number of different browsers and devices - you then get told "you need to verify your account and send in proof of address and proof of ID" - just to withdraw your winnings. Strangely, they're quite happy for you to deposit, and lose money without doing this - you just have to jump through these hoops if you want them to pay you....

Avoid. Scammaz casino hundreds of spin no bonus...inbox not working I cant see my messages..worst ever..I chose to self exclude,do not join here.

They will put a £1 maximum win restriction on your account when you start to win money and offer you no explanation at all. Avoid like the plague.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ok bookies, casinos are renowned for bleeding you dry, gambling is without a doubt a mugs game.

But these guys take it one step further, full on theft.

Opened an account, tried to deposit via visa. Deposit was decline for no apparent reason. Funds went to pending transaction in bank.

Assumed after a while they’d go from pending back into the account as SportPesa “had not taken any funds”. Also nor had they credited that value to my account.

A week later funds have moved from pending to debit and contacted the bookie and they are still adamant no funds have been collected by them, no money credited into bookie account, they suggest I contact my bank.

Contacted bank, they confirm money sent. (Clearly this company have no control on banking transactions) should NOT be trusted.

They email a week later, we have your funds. (I’ve closed my account at this point as did not wish to deal with them). So I ask for the money, and they credit into my account knowing it’s closed.

We are talking 3 weeks now, they’ve stolen money, denied it, now admitted they have it and I have contacted their live support daily as they’ve refused to respond to my emails.

I am told they’ll refund in 7-10 days? I have had contact with slow withdrawal times but this is a new low.

I ask for confirmation of this by email TWICE, neither time have I received an email to confirm their plans. I’m disgusted and plead with you to NEVER let this company see a penny of your money.

I have escalated this massive undersight on the part of this company.

Absolute madness. Opened an account, tried to deposit, was informed my account was closed due to a business decision! Account closed before a deposit was even made! Wouldn't say anymore than this. Still withholding my winning deposit despite my sending in Identifiacation. Lying saying can't check Id for 24 hours. Interesting as I know they are lying. Criminals. Reported to gambling on comission. They owe me over 600 in winnings.

Avoid this site if your interested in making a simple quick bet!

First a message to all students and all people leaving in temporary accommodation, use your billing address when you sign up, the site and people behind it can't comprehend the idea of you staying somewhere temporarily.
Also if you want to resolve an issue, don't expect to do it in a hurry! It seems like the support email address gets checked perhaps once a day if your lucky.
Currently in a position where they are more than happy for me to deposit funds from my card to the site but when I attempt to withdraw the money onto the same card they need to do security checks which involve me visiting my bank! Once I eventually complete this task and withdrawing my winnings I will be terminating my account indefinitely. Stick to the big names like bet365, much more simpler and enjoyable!

Just another betting site who are keen to take your money and make it hard for you to withdraw any, also with poor customer service. I couldnt access live chat and I had to go through email.

They say they cant accept my Monzo bank statement because: "is not a main high street bank." Are you serious ?
Then why did you let me deposit my money in the first place ?
And now i cannot withdraw my money.
Considering legal actions against the company.

UPDATE: After my acc was closed I didnt receive my money back i deposited.
They literally stole it.
Will be fililng a law suit against the company.

Disgraceful. Everton should be ashamed

This company doesn't have any system in the UK. No UK number for players, no address to write or to visit, no management details, nothing!

I asked to make a complaint and literally I was told there's no one to take it up with, no one to talk too, they said they don't care about my issue on livechat and the only way to address any issue is to do a livechat lol

This is supposed to be a premier league clubs shirt sponsor lol

I never really used SportPesa a whole lot. Only ever made a couple of bets since the two months I had the account open. Then, I tried to make a bet on the Europa League final recently. For some reason, my deposit kept getting declined. I got an email about the deposit that said:

"Insufficient funds in your funding account
"A minor detail mismatch"

I went on to live chat to see what the issue was. A chat agent, in very broken English said "Ok your account will be closed due to a business decision." after I asked him why I couldn't deposit.

Very strange, rude company. Never received an email or anything about this. I'd stay well away if I were you. Also, teach chat agent "Seamus" a bit of respect. The website is quite bad anyway. Stick to the big bookies, not little companies like this that are just.. suspicious and STRANGE!
