Ordered a bubble jacket 3XL. Paid £7.99 for 48 hour delivery. When it arrived the size was like boys large. It was way too small, certainly not 3XL.
Then I had to pay £4.99 for a return label. I am £12.98 down because their sizes are a joke. It's an absolute disgrace. I will never order from them again. My advice is... Do not trust their clothing sizes.. What a rip off.

I had bought the items on the 7th August, after two weeks of not receiving the item I had emailed them about it. They had told me that Evri had lost my parcel. So I asked for a refund,they keep sending to me in a vague email the team will get back to you,till today with the same answer again! Please I need my refund back,because I have to buy my children shoes for school,and we nearly already in September. Thank you.

I'm buying a pair of Puma Football boots. Im a size 8.5 at most.
3rd attempt I'm having to buy a size 10 in these boots.
Something wrong with the sizing.

Easy to buy from and fast delivery.

I purchased a pair of the new Adidas Dropset Pro trainers and paid £11.99 for next-day delivery, as I needed them for an upcoming trip abroad. The estimated delivery date allowed an extra day in case of any delays, so I expected them to arrive well within the timeframe.

Unfortunately, the following day there was no communication regarding the order, other than the relentless marketing emails that Sports Direct somehow managed to send without issue. When I checked the order status, it still showed as “open”, and I discovered that Sports Direct hadn’t even notified the courier to collect the parcel.

I tried contacting customer service, only to be faced with a 2+ hour wait for the online chat. Even then, the message stated that they might not respond and that I may need to find another way to contact them — despite there seemingly being no other way to get in touch.

Eventually, someone responded and opened an investigation, but by that point it was too late for the delivery to be of any use.

I’ll update this review depending on how Sports Direct responds, but regardless, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I paid £11.99 specifically for a next-day delivery service, and that service has not been provided

I wanted to purchase 6 pairs of shoes for returning to school in foyleside, after 20 mins I went looking for a staff member as a pair we needed off the shelf we wanted a size in. He said I think these are down stairs, the. He went to his senior and came back to me and said yes these are two floors down. I said ok I’m looking to purchase them, they are on your shelf here. He said well I’m not going to get them. I said ok stick them.
I asked the manager/supervisor for help as we would have to take the children and all our bags ect down the lift due to my injury.

Again I was interrupted by the first lazy staff member who was clearly more interested in his home time rather than customer service.

I advised the shoe I am looking to purchase is here and you want me to go to the bottom floor to get it, surely that’s why you employ staff.

After getting interrupted a third time by the first staff member as I tried to get help from Mr Coll, I decided il take my business elsewhere.
Every year we always got our shoes from here and school bags as reasonably priced. My sons each go through 2-3 pairs of football boots each per year, we spend £1000s every year.

Due to your staff members laziness and won’t do attitude I would rather go elsewhere and pay a higher price, than have the attitude received from that particular staff member. I may add I’ve dealt with Andy Coll in the past and he’s always been helpful, maybe if he wasn’t interupted there may have been a better outcome.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers online on Sunday at 6pm & delivered by DPD on Monday at about Midday. Got lots of e-mail updates, telling me how my order was progressing. Also bought trainers in a Sale & got even more discount. I would have prefered to buy in my local store, but they did not have them in stock. So the kind staff kindly suggested I buy online instead.

Product arrived the following day after ordering. The golf shoes were over £50 cheaper than other sites.

I would give 0 if I could. Went into our local store in Kidderminster wanted a certain size shoe. No shop assistants about, eventually found 3 hid in the middle of the store chatting. We eventually found the size we wanted as the assistant could not.
Went to the till to pay & was served by a unhelpful girl.

2 days later I checked my bank to find she had charged me twice for the trainers, so went back in asked to speak to a Manager to be told she is at the front of the store so go and find her. Eventually found the Manager, to be informed oh this happens sometimes, the till freezes. She went off with my receipt (no explanation as to what she was going to do). Left me stood in the middle of the shop for 15 +minutes, came back & said she had registered it and I should get my money back in about 3 days as she could not put it through the till.
No apology given at any point I was back in the store. The store is not easy to get to either.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BOTH VISITS !!!!!!!@

I failed to receive my parcel.it was due to be delivered to a locker a short walk from where I live however I got a collection message saying it was at an Evri shop 9 miles away an 18 mile round trip later and no parcel. Despite messages to both Evri and yourselves it seems neither party are interested in sorting it out.

Had no troubles previously purchasing online several times
Now its telling me unable to deliver to same UK address 😒

At time of ordering online not enough information is given about the returns policy. Assumed you could return an online purchase in store. Went to local store and received very off-hand and unhelpful reply from member of staff who should have been more courteous and helpful.

The trainers were too small and I had to pay £4.99 for them to be with delivered and another £4.99 to return them. If I had known that I had to pay twice for delivery and return, I would definitely not have bought them. It is not made clear when you purchase from online.

Purchased a pair of sandals that were just a tad tight, returned no problem & larger size bought ! . Good quality & now a good fit.

Paid for next day dilvery but has not arrived and tracking say still on the way buy did give today's date for delivery

Trainers delivered Mon 24 Aug. Exactly what I wanted, and delivered early by Evri. Great job.

Sports Direct is a great place to shop. There’s a huge range of products at affordable prices, with plenty of good deals available. Delivery service is great as well! Overall, I’ve always had a great experience!

Lovely experience but pretty slow delivery service it took a week but apart from that I have no complaints

I’d been looking for a pair of all-black trainers for some time, but everything I found seemed either far too bulky or hugely expensive for everyday wear. I eventually came across a pair of Nike trainers on here, which seemed like an absolute bargain — around £10–£20 cheaper than everywhere else!

I ordered them and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived much sooner than expected (within 48 hrs). I’m very happy with them; they’re extremely comfortable, nicely springy and perfect for everyday wear.

No complaints at all — everything has been great so far!

You sent me the wrong size football boots in the right sized box - does no-one actual check?
