This is by far the worst gambling app available. Stay far away from them. I have been constantly reaching out to them regarding my account that is locked with over 10k and they completely ignore my emails. All the information they give regarding the phone number to call is invalid. The chatbot also doesn’t work when your account is frozen. They are illegitimate. Stay far away from them!

I got an email this morning from nowhere stating that there is a temporary block on my account and mentioned me to reply back to continuing or not! Well, I have responded the email back to the person and said I’m okay to continue playing.

They still blocked my account and I have funds there almost over 2K. Is it like a new trap or something when a player won a bet and not to pay them? What’s going on?

I should’ve been notified or emailed before they block the account. Now I’m keep emailing them but they don’t even respond. This is scam guys. Don’t involve yourself into this nonsense and trap as they control over your winnings and you will never walk out with your money.

I hope they reactivate my account so I can atleast get my money back but I hardly doubt as I have seen so many emails here stating the same traps and scams.

I was playing a casino game that would glitch on a winning spin and not pay out my winnings but still took my wager. This happened multiple times during an opted in tournament where you had to spin 300 times to qualify for a placement. I reported the issue with screen shot proof and they were unable or unwilling to supply with a resolution. I closed my account after weeks of emails with no resolution on their part.

Whatever you do, avoid the blackjack , pit bosses are very corrupt, they have their own set of rules to favour the house when there is a dealer mistake ! Also lost my money without even getting cards and it took 4 days for support to tell me the technical team could Not find anything wrong ! Upper management has Zero customer service skills ! I was told I would get 100$ bonus for the confusion instead they closed my account as they didn’t like the fact that I called them thieves ! Pathetic organization , poorly run !

Well, well, well, where do I start?

I've been using Sports Interaction for quite a while now, I've enjoyed it ALOT. There are good days, and there are bad days. I've been having a super bad day today, UNTIL I spoke with Rylee. My day went from NAY to YAY. Rylee is a super professional, polite, tentative & courteous employee. She went above and beyond to ensure complete overall satisfaction on my end and honestly, it's employees like THIS that will set you apart from the other sportsbook sites. It's employees like THIS that have kept me coming back to this site for nearly a decade. Hats off to Rylee, im a very happy customer right now, remember, every little bit of appreciation towards us loyal customers keeps us coming BACK. That $50 here, $100 there, $25 there isn't a ton of money, but we DO notice it. We DO feel and see the appreciation and we WILL come back to play over and over again. I am living proof of that. Keep showing me appreciation, and I will keep showing mine. You shake my hand, I shake yours.

Shoulda read reviews about this site before I joined. Gave it a couple of well financed sessions but nothin came about each and every single time. Bonus rounds pretty much non existent. They say in gambling you lose, but this site had it down to an art. Dont be fooled by what they say, they’re just interested in your deposits, from what Ive read anyways. Avoid at All costs. Youll find enjoy better gameplay elsewhere.

So, multiple times I have gone to make bets and thought they were placed. I go to check my results knowing that I have won and my bet was never place? Has this happened to anyone else. Also, on about 80% of my bets, once I see the odds, I place my bet and then by the time my bet registers the odds go down just before the bet registers. Not once has the odds gone up. Lastly, I asked their customer service why old bets never clear from the betting que to prevent mistakes and they did not have an answer for this. I am filing a formal compliant with AGLC in Alberta to look into this betting site. I would encourage others that have experience shady actions from this site to do the same.

Here’s what happened: I deposited $200 to claim a $250 welcome bonus, bringing the total to $450. The terms stated that I needed to wager 6 times that amount, which is $2700, within 60 days to be eligible to keep the bonus funds. However, after placing just a few bets, SportsInteraction limited my max bet to $26.75, and for some games, it was even less—$12.49. This means that, to meet the $2700 wagering requirement, I would need to place over 100 bets in a 60-day period. Let that sink in: Over 100 bets, with most of them capped at ridiculously low amounts, making it virtually impossible to complete the bonus requirements fairly.

It’s not just about being on the losing side of the bets—this practice is designed to trap players. I came into this with the expectation of getting a fair shot at the bonus, but instead, it’s clear that SportsInteraction has structured the system to ensure that it’s nearly impossible for players to benefit.

What’s even more outrageous is that this isn’t some offshore, unregulated platform. SportsInteraction is a Canadian bookmaker, and as such, it is subject to Canadian laws and regulations that require them to operate fairly, transparently, and with consumer protection in mind. Instead, they’ve implemented a system that feels more like a Ponzi scheme, where players are set up to fail from the outset.

So, if you’re considering signing up with SportsInteraction or any similar bookmaker, I strongly advise you to reconsider. I deposited 200, and they immediately suspended my account...Now they are asking for a bunch of banking info for my withdrawal. I gave them all the info I could(my bank doesnt have a swift code) they supposedly initiated a transfer, with a swift code that they must have made up, but now tell me it was declined, and im down 25$ for bank fees...I asked for an etransfer, but all they do is a wire transfer, so I have to create another bank account. I've got to wait until the end of March to get a bank statement. I'll update this until I get my money, or decide to admit defeat.😮‍💨
