Horrible Verification Team, Procedures & Withdrawal time
Happened to win on my first bet with them, so figured I'd withdraw some of my winnings, leave the rest in, and continue to use the site. After a couple hours of me sending the withdrawal request, I got an email saying that they need to verify me first. That's fine, not sure why you don't do that at the time of signup or before I can deposit 1k and wager it like most reputable sportsbooks, but whatever, no problem. They asked me to upload a bank statement and my driver's license. I did so promptly. Next day, I get an email saying the statement was rejected because I scratched out the last 4 digits of my bank account number. Is verification not just to verify my address? Why do you need to see my whole bank account number? I've used a couple a books by now and none of them have ever given me issues for scratching out the last 4 digits, This was the first time. Regardless, why didn't you specify this originally? In that same email, they said I could send them a credit card statement, which I did. This time I did not scratch anything out, but my credit card statement blocks a few numbers by default. The next day, I get an email again, this time saying that my verification hasnt been adequate and they are locking my account, I can no longer login. Well now I'm freaking out because you have $2500 of my money in there and I can no longer even access it. This time they tell me to send a utility bill and a selfie holding my license. Once again, I comply fully. This time I do get a reply for 4 days, so I sent them a follow-up and got a response within 5 mins. So were you just ignoring me, lol? Anyway, they say my selfie is verified but low and behold, once again, my document is rejected. They tell me they want the bank statement for the account the deposit was made from and they want to see the deposit listed in the transaction. Seriously? I made the deposit in July and it is literally July right now, so how am I supposed to show you a statement that shows that transaction? They respond and say they won't verify me without it and to wait until August till the statement is available and then send it. Lol sure, what choice do i have? What I don't understand is, why waste my time by asking for a bunch of documents that won't be enough to verify me? On the very first day, you should have stated you want the bank statement from the account I made the deposit from, and no numbers should be scratched out. I wait another week for the statement to arrive, submit the PDF asap on the 1st and send them an email letting them know I have done so. I did not scratch out any numbers this time, so they dont have any reason to reject it. 2 days pass, no response. I have to send them a follow-up again. I get an e-mail saying that they're permanently banning my account (no reason stated) and they'll wire me my 2.5k balance. I don't bother saying anything else but giving my bank details because I wasn't going to use them ever again anyway after this joke of a "verification" process. They respond and say they have passed it on to the payments team. 3 days later, I get an email again saying, guess what, THEY NEED MORE DOCUMENTS!" They also need the bank statement for the account to which I have requested the money be sent. I couldn't give them the details for the account for the statement I had already sent because that bank (Tangerine) doesn't accept wire transfers. I had originally deposited the money from my Tangerine account with eTransfer. Now I'm super pissed. You gave me the runaround for over 2 weeks, asking me to send in a bunch of stuff just to ban my account in the end anyway, and now you have the audacity to ask for ANOTHER document of mine? But I'm a sucker and I want my money back, so I sent them the statement and firmly stated in the email that this is the last of my compliance, and their next email better be that my payment has been sent, or I will file a complaint with AGCO. The next day, they respond and say they have processed the wire transfer from their end. After reading this horror story, I hope you go to a book with a better verification process (literally any other book) or if you're hell bent on going with them MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR ACCOUNT VERFIED BEFORE DEPOSITING A SINGLE DOLLAR. The verification isn't the only thing these guys suck at, either. The app is slow and buggy, and during the crowdstrike outages, every other sportsbook was back up within a couple hours, but these guys were down for over 30 hours, so this should speak volumes to their incompetent IT team and verification team. My advice, stay away.

Games freeze … bonuses are ridiculous. I think my biggest hit after putting in A LOT of money was $55. Big wins flash on your screen on $12 wins lol. They can’t expect to keep people when there’s zero incentive to play . Please stick to the big name casinos , you have a fairer chance of winning in my opinion. I’ve played 90 cents and $1 bets and have won $3000-$11,000 in the bigger named casinos.. And I’ve played probably anyone out there so I am writing through experience. These smaller mom and pop shop guys can’t pay out like the bigger named ones. .

Unstable site and zero customer service!
Sports Interaction was one of the only sites down for over 48hrs during the recent Windows update debacle, when all the other books were up and running within 24hrs! What did they do in good gesture for their loyal customers having to wait so long? They gave a paltry 5 free spins at 10 cents a spin as an apology! And guess what? Their site still continues to freeze up ever since. Obviously they don’t have much invested in IT and security, so customer service is not their top priority. Poor lip service and empty promises. Time to take money and place bets elsewhere.

WORST platform ever used
I used bet365, BET99 and here I am. This is by far the WORST platform ever used. I was on them for a couple of weeks. I tried to stay with them but their rules and their support repeating the same thing over and over again are just awful!!! These bums just copy-paste their answers. The way they grind your money is TOO hilarious. Will never be on them again. How do they expect customers to make a safe bet??

UNNECESSARY DELAYS
I have submitted my documents as of July 18th for verification. The support team keeps coming back and asking for the same documents - they have done this FOUR times now. I have provided them the documents FOUR times. No one seems to be reading the email thread. It seems as if they are unnecessarily delaying my verification to avoid paying me the funds in my account. This is ridiculous, akin to an offshore betting site. Do not use this website IT IS A SCAM

Positive reviews brought to you by SIA, you can tell the by the unrealistic overzealous comments. SIA thinks they can bury the vast majority of NEGATIVE reviews with fake ones. The casino is a FRONT, to steal away any sports bets winnings OR just to steal from you period. Red Flag 🚩: they carry some of the LOWEST RTP% slots vs competition, and some of the games made exclusively by SIA look made by some amateur coders in middle school. Finding the games unrealistically and grossly unfair? SIA’s go-to excuse: they point to their regular checks by an “independent auditor”, which is ludicrous because no ethical auditor would find the casino game results fair to players. The “auditors” are most likely just their own incompetent staff on the payroll. Of course they don’t provide game logs, as that would show the blatant cheating SIA executes. If you insist on going there stick to SPORTS betting, because their casino is how they go about syphoning all the money from your bank account. Don’t be lured by their bonuses, they are meager (i.e.10 cents a spin), and come with lots of strings attached so the odds are very much against you coming out ahead. Lastly, they claim to reach out to discouraged posters here, but it’s just lip service to cover for their well documented infamous reputation. (UPDATED) CASINO DOESN'T PAYOUT PROPERLY
I played Roulette and put $35 on Number 32 with $5 on each side.
My payout was $1060.00. After contacting support (with a screenshot of the actual game, bet and payout) I was told that I am wrong.
This is a clear error of $560.00 and SportsInteraction refuses to make amends for this error.
I'm just happy that I had screenshots showing the bet and the payout, which they blatantly ignore.
***UPDATE: I still clearly believe they made a payout error. I refuse to play that game anymore.

This site cheat...be careful folks, i have to call customer service and fight for the win of the match i bet but their app says i lost the match and took my betting.
I didnt even remember early matches payouts are right.
And you couldnt check back your betting history after certain amount of time.(i tried to recheck my betting but apps wont allowed anymore)
And too many restrictions to cash out when your winning, eventually i lost all my money.

The customer service team at SIA is always fast to respond and the live chat is always populated with people to address issues and not just FAQ bots that can rarely help. SIA attention to customer service is 2nd to none in Canada.
Fraudulent Sportsbook/Casino
The most deceitful sportsbook and casino in Ontario. Their technical staff is clueless. Their support is clueless. I've filed a formal complaint with iGaming Ontario over terms and conditions breaches related to their promotions.
Update: It's laughable that SIA responds that their technical team is good at their jobs/quick. I've been participating in their toonie tuesday promo every week since late 2023 and I still have to contact CS for a manual adjustment to be made because the promo doesn't record most bets... It is July 2024... SIA is a joke, and they will go belly up when the promo/marketing dollars run out.
