Surprisingly good customer service.
I reported premature wear on some running shoes. This started with an automated WhatsApp chat, including details of my issue, photos etc. The bot appeared to get confused with my responses, so I clicked the button to ‘speak to a human’.
I didn’t really expect the human option to work in the evening, but was pleasantly surprised when Sidrah could access all my chat history, quickly assess the issue, make a couple of confirmations, then send me details to return the shoes by post for full investigation.
Overall, the bot seems a bit clunky, but I was very happy with the human service available outside working hours.

SportShoes.com continue to stock great products at good prices, but unfortunately they've once again entrusted my parcel to Evri.
Please consider offering alternative courier options. I'd happily pay extra for a delivery service that treats "delivered" as a destination rather than an aspiration.
Great website. Great products. Less great when the final leg of the journey resembles an archaeological dig.

Easy exchange process
I ordered a jacket which arrived quickly but it was too big so I decided to exchange for a smaller one. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. I posted the jacket back this morning and then rang to check I’d completed the request correctly. Spoke to Holly in Customer Service who arranged for the replacement to be sent out today. Great customer service. Ordered my usual size 6/39 in Teva sandals. They came up a bit short so asked to exchange for size 40. Sent the small ones back and the new ones arrived the next day! Very happy!

Great customer service, and delivery etc...!
I made an order on Monday and paid for regular delivery and it got despatched right away, due for delivery Tuesday. There was then a problem with Evri and the Tuesday order failed. I called ShortsShoes on Wednesday and without hesitation they despatched a new item and I got it at the end of the week. The size of the running shoes wasn't right for me so I exchanged them for a smaller item, within an hour of returning I got my order note for my new item. I feel like I was a headache of a customer for them, but they were still amazing to deal with. Thank you SportsShoes!!

Great product, great service
Great value for running shoes whose size are a good fit. They look smart on and are very comfortable to run in. delivery was very efficient, they came the next day. I was not at home so parcel was left with a neighbour and an email containing a photo of delivery was sent to me immediately. Excellent!

Tight trainers
Ordered asics net burner trainers for a change for Step and HIIT classes. Thinking they would be perfect for quick and explosive turns. Ordered a size up. However they came up extremely tight, hardly any cushioning. Returned easily through post office. Ordered my normal asics Nimbus trainers in a size up. Arrived promptly. Perfect fit, really comfortable.
