It was easy to order and quick to arrive. However, the reviews said that the shoe came up large- this was completely wrong as I found them too small in length and very unforgiving in width. Despite the shoes costing over £70 I still had to pay for postage and was completely disgusted when I had to send the shoes back and pay postage again- £9 out of pocket for nothing!

While we understand some customers have mentioned that the shoes come up large in reviews, our own product testers’ recommendation is that they fit true to size. That said, as these are Gore-Tex shoes, they do generally have a more structured fit and can feel snugger than a regular shoe, particularly across the width.

While we do not offer free returns, we aim to provide flexibility by allowing customers to choose their own return carrier if they prefer not to use our return portal. This helps us keep our product pricing competitive, as we don’t build return costs into our prices. The return service charge through our portal also includes insurance, meaning we can support customers if anything goes wrong during the return process. We always aim to be transparent, and our return policy, including customer responsibility for return costs, is available on our website before an order is placed.
We understand this may still be disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback. As you returned the full order, we have refunded both the cost of the shoes and your original delivery charge.

Issue resolved quickly and efficiently
As a long time customer of SportsShoes I reached out to them about an issue with a new pair of running shoes that were causing me discomfort.
Jordan was great in helping to find a solution and replace the trainers with a different model. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered shoes there
Ordered shoes there, which never arrived. After explaining to the customer service they told that somehow in their system the postcode got wrong, which is why item never was delivered. After waiting few more days, still no delivery and the company is not willing to refund nor send the item again. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Great original shoes and fast delivery to Europe
I have ordered twice from Romania (five pairs of shoes) and I am satisfied with the quality of the products, discounts and speed of delivery. The only thing I noticed on the first order was the higher cost in euros than in GBP. On the second order I paid in GBP and the costs were significantly lower. Be careful.
