Replacement of Faulty Boots
I returned a pair of Scarpa hiking boots as they were deemed faulty. My query was dealt with by Angela and Rebecca who were very helpful and efficient. Rebecca suggested a replacement pair albeit from a different provider and they were delivered in a couple of days.

Ordered trainers which when arrived were too small. Completed an exchange form and very quickly received and email from Shabana informing me they had dispatched the new size while they await the original ones to reach the warehouse. Great, very quick dispatch. Will definitely use this company again.
