Sports Shoes are FANTASTIC, and I've given them 5/5 on every previous transaction but slight complaint this time... in fact, I recommend you buy from them . Reliable delivery and some great deals to be found if you research what you want.
Sadly on this occasion, I felt badly short-changed. I bought pair of On Running Trainers from SportsShoes last week - described as being 'black' but they are a 'graphite grey'. Feel ripped off.
The On runners are comfortable, light and great discount but not what I want for either running or work-casual. Now I have to spend again.
Poor description by the SportsShoes team. Disappointing after excellent prior purchases. Yes, could return nd I am sure they'd refund but what a faff. I dont have time, so I have to take the hit. Would use SportShoes again but would never trust buying 'black' running shoes from them lol.

The images on our website also show the graphite/grey elements of the design, and after checking the item in our warehouse, we can confirm that the product matches the images and description provided online.
That said, we completely understand that colour can be subjective and that the shoes may not be the style you were hoping for. If you’re unhappy with the product, you’re very welcome to return them for an exchange. We’d be happy to help you choose a more suitable pair, and once the item has been dropped off for return, your replacement pair will be shipped free of charge.
