Terrible, paid over £1300 for this running machine to keep walking fit as was newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I didn't receive it until over 4 months later, Due to covid customs hold up they claimed. When it broke down the following year I emailed them for help, they said it was out of guarantee (most of my guarantee was used waiting at customs). After sale service was truly awful. I was not offered refund, replacement or repair, only phone help!

FX300 Laufband - the treadmill is very well packed. It provides basic nice functionalities: a usb charging port, a security key, and a sensor to measure the heartbeat. The tablet holder is a bit weak - it can easily break.

Perfect client service, fast delivery, without problem.
The device is really good.
I completely recommend it.

I bought the sTread Fold as an offer for €359 directly from Sportstech. Delivery on time. Machine is nice looking, very heavy and functions good. The weird thing is that only at the speed of 8 km/h it makes a squeaky sound on each step. Two times I sent them an email about this but no reaction. The other thing is when I lean to heavy on the handlebars for 10 seconds they collapse. The metal pushes the rod that keeps the handlebars horizontal little by little inward until it collapses. This could be potentially dangerous when you are in rehab and need the handlebars continuously. But now I know this I pay attention, so I can live with it. All in all it is a good machine but I can imagine that when you need help under guarantee the company is not the most trustworthy. Maybe they are but they are not showing it. But overall I am satisfied as is. If you have the option to buy machines from them through Amazon that would be much better for peace of mind.

I bought the sTread Fold treadmill because I was looking for a treadmill that I can hide under my sofa. I’m impressed by the quality and the build, the value for money is incredible. Well done guys.

We purchased the sx600 bike about 1 year ago. For the price, it was an OK deal although we quickly realized why it was so cheap compared to other brands. The manufacturing quality is poor and the bike is just uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service is abysmal. Only giving 2 stars (instead of 1) for the price and the fact that we got some parts replaced for free (even though it took them 3 months to respond!). Definitely would not buy again.

The product was as good as expected…
Treadmill works perfectly

I bought the KS270 PULL-UP BAR online back in May this year when I busted my leg and couldn't make it to the gym. I was looking for something sturdy with easy assembly, and it totally delivered. I'm super happy with it. The bar looks great and is a breeze to use. The mounting is rock solid. Even my son has figured out how to do pull-ups! Plus, the delivery was speedy. I'd definitely recommend the Sportstech brand and their online store.

I use two dumbbell sets from Sportstech, as well as a weight bench. They’ve all been good quality products so far. The bench has push up and dip bars and is adjustable for regular and incline bench pressing. Everything folds up neatly out of the way.

Quality weights and equipment for a very reasonable price with very good protection for noise and impect reduction, optimal for use in an apartment (and not cheap rubber!). I've had to hit up their customer service a couple times (truly, one time it was "their" fault) and they have been fantastic, couldn't be better.

I bought sx200 which is a mountain bike version. The package came on time. It's really heavy like a 40+ kg package but easy to assemble. Like all the features, really quiet while riding. A small wheel on the front side makes it easy to move inside the house. Overall wonderful product, only thing which I don't like is the seat. It's hard to ride for long hours which this seat, but otherwise all other things are 5 start product.

The treadmill went rogue in March/april and I have been chasing the company ever since. Had telephone calls, Teams follow-ups, and when I eventually figured the problems myself, and identified the spare parts I need, Sportstech keeps promising that it has ordered new parts, but sends no confirmation and nothing has arrived yet. The first sale was OK, but the company has 0 after sales service. It is basically an internet boutique.

I purchased the treadmill DESKFIT DFT100 and I am really satisfied. The treadmill is very compact and as described. It helps me to do sport while working and it is very quiet.

Ich habe meine Laufband F37s für eine Woche ausgetestet und alles lauf super! Ich benutzen die jeden Tag, es war wirklich eine gute Kauf. Ich bin zufrieden.

Ein Stern weg wegen der Lieferung, es hat ein Tag später als geplant gekommen.

Î use this treadmill regularly on a almost daily basis and I enjoy it a lot. It is bigger than I expected and not very easy to move from one room to the other in case of need, but still very comfortable and easy to use. If i have to share a negative side, I would have preferred to have a PAUSE function, which is not available. So if for any reason I need to pause my session, I need to start a new one to keep running losing all data about the training.

Great experience. My stuff was really fast by me . And it is functioning well. The logistic is really amazing
