I ordered a jacket back in June and…
I ordered a jacket back in June and returned it for a size S. The company confirmed that they received my return (I even have the tracking number), and told me they would contact me once the replacement was ready.
Months later, I still haven’t received the new jacket or a refund. I’ve sent several follow-up emails and haven’t received a single response. It’s disappointing to see such poor communication and lack of follow-through.
I would really appreciate it if someone from the company could finally resolve this issue — at this point, I just want what I paid for or a full refund.
