Graber Customer Support is Bad

I ordered Graber shutters and they were suppose to arrive by Janurary. They did not. I called customer service and each time I called they said they needed to look into it and they would get back to me soon. They never got back to me.

Finally, the shutters showed up. Some where not right. I called customer support and they asked for a picture. I agreed to send them a picture if they would talk to me on the phone about it. They agreed. I sent them a picture and they emailed me saying the shutters are fine. They refused to talk to me.

I had my interior decorartor look at them and she said there was a problem. She called and they fixed the problem but only after a lot of phone work.

I paid Springs Window Fashions group of…

I paid Springs Window Fashions group of companies (which includes Graber, Horizons, Sunburst, Somfy and others) almost $9,000 of an $11,000 total bill for window coverings on March 24, 2025. The projected delivery date was April 25, 2025. At the time of writing (3½ months past the projected delivery date!), there appears to be little hope of getting the entire purchase delivered and installed due to their complete lack of action or concern in delivering a working system.

To add insult to injury, their so-called customer service has ignored multiple attempts to resolve the matter. They never replied to my message submitted via their website, did not respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint, and have not offered an apology or financial compensation.

Trustpilot asked how Springs Window Fashions can help: contact me, complete manufacture of the order and provide a tracking number when it has shipped. They have denied us the enjoyment and use of the window coverings after receiving a large deposit 4½ months ago.

Dealing with Springs Window Fashions has been a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Springs Window Fashions (Graber) - Sold the Brand (No Longer the Same Company)

We own a family run business and were a dealer for Springs Window Fashions (specifically, Graber) for over 30 years. We purchased approximately $1,000,000.00 in shades and blinds during that time. We were very loyal to this brand and even recommended the product to other dealers.

In the meantime, Springs Window Fashions, was purchased by a Venture Capitalist from the Netherlands and they no longer want to do business with a "Small" company... even though their success was built from nothing but small companies!!

Springs Window Fashions, you are most welcome for the many years of hard work and dedication to sell your products. I anticipate your new business formula will fail, just like it did for others like you.
