We applied for a refinance 90 days ago. We are considered an A++ client. Are closing date changed 5 times. We actually signed closing papers and Sprout never funded the loan. I tried every human being in the company to call and can not get a person to give me an answer. Looking on line with all the other complaints, it looks like they are going out of business. Stay far away from Sprout Mortgage.
