A few years ago, they were a reliable company, how things have changed.
I purchased a camera 13 Jan 2021. Having no success getting it working, I emailed for advice, also stating that the OSD controller was missing from the delivered package. Stephen Sheppard's reply was that the controller was required for setup, could I send my address to find my order (despite the order n° already being included in my first email). I returned my details.
9 days later, I emailed to follow up the lack of a reply or the missing item. Another 3 days and Stephen says he will "chase this up as it should have arrived by now!"
10 days later on 27 Feb I sent a 3rd email stating the facts above and how it was always me having to follow things up. I went on to point out that I am an unhappy customer and gave a deadline for resolution before the posting of this poor review.
Stephen's reply on 4 March was " I'm getting this looked into, as the only thing I can think of is if it's getting stopped at customs, I will see what I can find out."
All I want is the paid for OSD controller, to get my camera working.
2 months on from receiving my order and payment, I still have a useless item. Avoid the hassle and lack of help, look elsewhere for your purchase.

A further 2 weeks from a posted reply to my review and despite 'the support agent' being informed, I have still not received any notification or my goods!
I stick by my reflection that this is no longer a company who will rectify those inevitable problems that sometimes occur from online purchases.

Very good unit, pity it didn't include sp disc and proper installation instructions.

Bought 2 of the 1080 versions for my car and my wife due to thugs vandalising cars in the car park where we live and park.

Highly recommended product, fantastic, does exactly what it promises.

Picture quality is fantastic both day and night. Ours is set to the lowest quality to make the rechargeable battery last longer.

You download the widget tool which is easy and simple to use to adjust your camera settings and sync it all with a time and date stamp.

I purchased the maximum SD card 256GB. Due to the hive of activity of the car park and the main road, the battery lasts about a week before needing a recharge but the camera only triggers when there is activity, so if it was on a private driveway for example, it would last longer.

Best thing I ever bought 10/10

All received and up and running within 24 hours. However, the quick notes to start are a little misleading and the full instruction should be read before using the camera.

Bought several types of cameras from Spy camera CCTV their customer service was good and they were very efficient in dealing with a minor password problem

Really good company to deal with. Have 2 PTZ IP cameras for watching livestock which work very well. Any IT issues were sorted out quickly. Very speedy turn around time for ordering parts even under this current lockdown

We have been a trade customer for a long time. the support used to be great now its not. I was told that they not really interested in my business if i am not happy, as there business is booming.

In response to your reply, my issue is with the ongoing lack of support in general over the last 12 months as well as this issue and being told that in the future you will be charging for the support on equipment we have purchased.

Bought the bird box with the extra light, The box is very well made with thick wood boards. And the light truly gives a very good colour picture of the birds inside during the day, and reverts back to the ultraviolet at night. Would recommend the combination.

This has been returned and i am waiting for it to be repaired and returned.

The system we bought was as advertised, no problems with set up. The supplier is excellent all items worked straight from the box. System works excellently although takes a little while to master
I can recommend the seller, have not had to contact to date for any problems but anticipate help will be available if required.

They are an honest company, they do what they stated on their website. I had to contact them for their 3year guarantee service after 2.5 years of buying the product. It was one of their budget level products and they (Mr Mehn Ly and his team) were still very helpful.

Easy to install and set up. Would recommend them if you want wireless CCTV

A problem with streaming was dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.
The initial advice offered by the agent was followed carefully but did not correct the problem.
Follow up emails and the return of the defective camera resulted in a replacement camera being received at no cost.
I thoroughly recommend this company and applaud the customer service that they offer. My point of contact, Menh, displayed complete professionalism in his handling of my enquiry and is a worthy representative of the company.

Goods ordered and delivered. Trail Camera looked new. Instruction book covered in "muddy fingerprints". Camera unable to connect with SD card. Called customer service number "due to Covid this service is unavailable, so i sent two emails which to date have been ignored. If a company accepts orders, processes them and dispatches the goods, they must be able to answer a phone or read an email. Terrible service. I will persist with this but i wish i had gone to Amazon.
Following the posting of this review, i received a phone call, apologising for the issues, and told that they would send me an email with a link to return the goods. WHEN THEY SEND THE EMAIL, i will return the camera and update this post with the outcome.

I had problems with my cameras and booked a time slot for remote help. The phone call was on time and Menh was really helpful, showing me some of the technicalities over and over to remind me how to use the system. By taking wires in and out we discovered the switch was faulty and Menh is sending a replacement immediately, with a returns form to send the faulty one back. I'd like to thank him very much for being patient and so helpful.
