Don’t waste your money
These cameras are rubbish waited 4 wks for delivery, looks cheap and won’t connect to internet, complete waste of money , DONT BUY this crap

Struggling to view motion videos. On the odd event the video play back works but in the majority of events it does not play back.

I wish I read these recent reviews sooner - all are correct!

This company sells some RUBBISH QUALITY products via their portal - which apparently they also sell on Amazon for about 15% more.

The available technical support is the actual manufacturer in Hong Kong, who are not much use and their Zetta app is actually a generic one that you are supposed to use for all of their models, however you will only find this out once you have your camera and realise that some of the settings are Not for your camera’s use…

For some reason you have two drivers popping up - one for storage and one for your camera when you connect it to your computer - which to me is very bizarre and unnecessary over-engineering.

The main problem however is the VERY BAD VIDEO quality, most of the Zetta camera models they sell, do Not have a wifi, no night vision (which defeats the point of setting a night vision even though it is available to set); and the camera is unable to zoom in and out, hence the picture/video will be blurt - especially if you do a close up with it.

The sound quality is rubbish too!

Overall, there is NO point to buy their cameras. You might as well get a voice recorder if you want to record sound only, or just use your mobile phone for both video and sound as any mobile phone would do a better job than any of these cameras…

I called them to say that I was Not happy with the camera quality, they said I could return it, but I have to pay for the postage, which was £4 (!), and which they would not reimburse, plus there is a risk if they are Not happy with how the package arrives they may rip you off with 30% of the purchased price - in other words you may not get the full refund back even if you returned it safe and sound within 30 days…!

That in my view just scamming, whist they resell your second-hand product to someone else afterwards…!

I think it is just best to stick to the good old in-store purchase on the high street and ditch online shopping altogether…!

Very Poor Purchase for me , Video over sells it and really poor purchase

As a returning local customer, I was quoted a price a third more than available online to replace my NVR. When I emailed to query their price, they ignored my emails. AVOID.

I bought a spy camera from this company well worth the money. The help and support I have received from this company is second to none. They have so much patience I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a camera.

Good product until it goes wrong, which seems to happen just after the warranty period expires and spending over £100 on something which goes wrong quite quickly is annoying. Need to improve the reliability.

Excellent all round, pragmatically worked through and solved all issues with the system, back up and running no worries !

Menh Ly gave excellent service setting up my system remotely. He is both technically capable and, more importantly, his customer service ethic is exemplary. He definitely went the extra mile to overcome the glitches and solved every problem. I have been a client of SpyCameraCCTV and will always come back to them when I move house (three times now) and/or equipment needs to be upgraded. Would use them again.

Technically brilliant and very easy to deal with.

Everything went smoothly until the time I wanted to contact them when facing an issue with the recording...tried phoning and emailing...NO answer. When I reached the point that I couldn't use the camera anymore, I contacted them for a refund via email (18th June and 21st June), as the item was still under warranty . NO reply. I tried emailing several time but I have been completely ignored. NOT happy- Very unprofessional. AFTER RESPONSE BELOW --Please check again, I have the dates above this message now and on my sent folder - It is impossible for you not to see them unless my emails got deleted. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend- Please note, that you are STILL not offering to deal with my issue/refund.

Inherited a CCTV system from the previous owner and after a little research found out it was bought from here. Even though I hadn't bought it directly from them and had no details, their customer service has been fantastic and they've managed to help me with all the details and knowledge I need to set it up. When it comes to replacing it, I will definitely be buying the next one from here.

SpyCameraCCTV were very quick to get my orders processed and shipped, the product was as discribed, and is good quality.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely great company. I had problems with the wall mounting on my camera, contacted them and a guy called Menh Ly was extremely helpful. Knew exactly what I wanted and sent out the spares very quickly. A pleasure to do business with them.

I've fitted 3 of Spycamm's systems now.
1 large & 2 smaller. I think their products are good quality/value.
Their technical back-up is very helpful too.
I would highly recommend them & will use them for my future install needs.
